Her whereabouts remain unknown, he said. “This is a pattern of behavior with Kim Gardner, who hasn’t shown a willingness to be transparent or accountable,” Fitzpatrick, a Republican, said in a news release. “Without question, she knows our audit is ongoing and that we want...

Included as a government exhibit to oppose...

For the past 25 years, I have been a registered Independent. I have been unable to blindly ‘fall in line’ with either political party. I’ve voted for both Democrats and Republicans and conduct my due diligence before voting for the candidate or issue that best supports America and Montana. In the upcoming Montana Senate race, the choice is stark. We have Sen. Tester, a career politician, and Tim Sheehy, a fresh face with a new perspective. Their worldviews, backgrounds, and political directions couldn't be more different. As a Vietnam-era veteran and a 30-plus-year law enforcement veteran, I am casting my...

"By departing from this sensible arrangement, and allowing the Secretaries to dismantle National Guard units on a whim, Legislative Proposal 480 would set a dangerous precedent," he added. "Members of the Texas National Guard must always stand ready to respond to natural disasters, civil disturbances, and cartel activity that threaten our way of life."

A new poll this week shows Republican challenger Tim Sheehy leading incumbent Democratic senator Jon Tester in Montana’s Senate race. Sheehy is leading Tester 48 percent to 45 percent, with 7 percent of polled Montana voters still undecided, according to the poll released on Monday by J.L. Partners. Democrats and Republicans banded together to pass a bill on Tuesday aimed at blocking the Biden administration from banning everyday home appliances that run on natural gas. "However, as we have experienced under this administration, the Department of...

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin confirmed Wednesday at the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense that the U.S. is withholding a shipment of weapons to Israel over concerns about its ongoing attack on Hamas in Rafah. Austin, while claiming that the Biden administration’s commitment to Israel’s security was “ironclad,” said that the U.S. had concerns about Israel’s potential use of large bombs in Rafah and had therefore paused a bomb shipment. “We’ve been very clear… from the very beginning that Israel shouldn’t launch a major attack into Rafah without accounting for and protecting the civilians that are in that battlespace. And...

The encrypted-messaging service Signal is the application of choice for dissenters around the world. The app has been downloaded by more than 100 million users and boasts high-profile endorsements from NSA leaker Edward Snowden and serial entrepreneur Elon Musk. Signal has created the perception that its users, including political dissidents, can communicate with one another without fear of government interception or persecution. But the insider history of Signal raises questions about the app’s origins and its relationship with government—in particular, with the American intelligence apparatus. Such a relationship would be troubling, given how much we have learned, in recent years,...

Tuesday on Fox News Channel’s “Jesse Watters Primetime,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) explained why more Democrat lawmakers are not speaking out against the perceived antisemitism on display on American college and university campuses. Tobin is a “practitioner astrologer and rune reader” with an organization called Prana House, where Tobin regularly hosts meetups for “queer witches.” After she was brought to Unionville High School to give a talk on “safe dating,”...

Hate binds a bizarre coalition of contradictory leftist forcesProgressives are clear about what they seek to dismantle, so conservatives should be clear about what they intend to build — while exposing the rift between factions in the leftist coalition. Before you enter a battle, it is best to understand the kind of monster you are fighting. With its use of mob violence, censorship, propaganda, and even criminal prosecution, it can be easy to conceive of the left as a unified tyrannical colossus. Not so. While a thin veneer of vindictive Marxist rhetoric is smeared across the coalition to create the appearance...
