I remember my bachelor days -- some days it was a little depressing.

It doesn't depress me too much, but I can't motivate myself to really cook anything unless I have someone else around to eat it too. I have some friends that like to get together and cook for each other every now and then (most of them are guys, and they do a pretty good job at cooking if they try. LOL!). This past Sunday I cooked for them. One of the guys started eating the food and said, "Wow! If I wasn't engaged I'd ask you to marry me." LOL!

Now I am a road warrior and some days it is a little depressing.

The Clever Ostrich and the Pickpocket

That evening, the ostrich went to the pickpocket's house. Instead of bushes, the hedge had rose bushes. The ostrich was cleverer than the pickpocket, though. He found a gap in the hedge! The ostrich walked until he reached the house. He went to the door and knocked. The pickpocket did not know who it was. He opened the door and was kicked!
