In the last pix shown at this link, I've never seen even one person at the hotel, but the wind always appears to be blowing with hurricane force. It looks like someone has a postcard in front of the web-cam; the scene is always the same.

Only the shadows know...lol.
The palm tree shadows are the only thing moving at that resort. Refresh the picture after a couple of minutes, you'll see the shadows growing longer.
