I’m sure it will get checked out in the authentication process. There must be many examples of other Kenyan documents stating the same if this is real.

How soon before it happened in Dec 64 did they know? There’s a 10 month difference. Do you think they could do to official documents - when it really wasn’t ‘official’ yet. Quite some time. The British did not just cut their colonies loose. In this case, the Republic of Kenya was declared on December 12, 1963 when they ratified their constitution by a 63% vote.
