Polarik was commenting on comments from another thread regarding the wording. He has not examined it for evidence of a forgery. He has stated that he had other COLB’s to compare to with the Hawaiian one, but nothing to compare to with this one.
Therefore, his reason for dismissing it was just thoughts from other Freepers. All have been proven incorrect over this massive thread.

His comment is unclear then. The quoted statements are in italics. His own words (which I am perceiving to be the ones in regular font) state:
“However, the bottom line is that it’s another BOGUS BIRTH DOCUMENT.”
...and it’s in BOLD font for emphasis (may I presume) here: “it’s another BOGUS BIRTH DOCUMENT”
My thoughts off the top of my head was that Polarik has been in contact with many people and the general consensus [of those people] is that is is not authentic. I do not think he has made any type of judgement. As detailed as he is I would have been shocked if he made a judgement one way or another in such a short period of time.
I think I am agreeing with what you said.. That’s the one thing about these long threads....
