Getting mainstream US media to challenge Obama

US citizens and advocates for the truth about Barack Obama, led by Robert C. Laity have been in daily contact with such folks as Farah and Hannity, Fox News, Topix, Buffalo News, BBC, NY Times and anyone else who would listen.

It may not have been the case that our Main Stream media was silent out of Fear. It may have been that they were influenced by Money and Power. Barack Obama is a New World Order advocate and the World is a big place.

Obama’s agenda along with others like George H.W. Bush and Son is the ushering in of this New World Order. How many people in high places were offered a piece of that huge pie?

The U.S. Main Stream Media folks who sat on their hands for months remaining silent,is now, due to this public pressure attempting to “Save face”, to save their hides from being named as accomplices to Obama’s fraud and treason, trying to now proffer some semblance of a reasonable explanation why they did not speak out on this major issue until now.

The U.S. Main Stream Media, Judges, Legislators, the Major political party bosses. They are all subject to being called misprisioners of felonious fraud and treason.

If there is no requirement to prove that one is an NBC by actually producing a Birth Certificate, no force of Law, then, I ask you, how was John McCain “required” to show his BC and Obama not made to do so. I say this was play acting by the Congress. The Resolution declaring McCain an Natural-Born Citizen is without legal force and was declared under color of Law. Indeed, as Judy Muthoni commented in the Kenyan Daily Nation on the Day Obama literally “Took” the office of “President of the United States”, the ruling elite wins either way, no matter who wins.

Obama and McCain are equally disqualified. The two major candidates were not then,and are not now, eligible to be President. Military bases are not considered US Soil. The issue of who is a Natural-Born Citizen is so simple even I understand it. It is a very simple truth. Is the Congress and the Media of the impression that the American people are so gullible and ignorant that they don’t understand the issue? Do they really think that the American People do not realize that Obama is a fraud?

The definition of a Natural-Born Citizen is incorporated by reference in the US Constitutiion at Article 1, Sec.8. The Congress has the power to define and punish offenses of the “Law of Nations”, a treatise on the understanding of the application of Natural Law as it affects the whole of the Nations of the Earth, that certain ideas and concepts,such as the rights inherent to mankind, are naturally determined. The Law of Nations was ubiquitously used in the Courts of both the United States of America and Britain in the 18th Century. The Law of Nations defines a Natural Born Citizen as one born in a country of citizen parents. That is “parents” with an “s”.,both Parents.

The concept “Of the Blood” or Jus Sanguinis means the ancestral bloodline of a person. If both Parents are American Citizens, their child is of 100% U.S. Jus Sanguinis. If one parent is a foreigner, a Child born to the couple has only 50% U.S. Jus Sanguinis., the Child has 50% Jus Sanguinis of the foreign nation.

The Concept “Of the Soil” or Jus Soli means the actual country in which one is born. A Child born in the U.S. has 100% U.S Jus Soli. However, if that Child’s Parents, both of them, are not American than that child, although he/she may have been born in the U.S. does not have 100% U.S. Jus Sanguinis as required by the US Constitution to be President and Vice-President. Both parents must be citizens of a Country for their “Posterity”, born in said country, to be considered Natural-born citizens of said country. Children born of foreigners in a country are not “Natural-Born Citizens” of said country.

There are only two cases, two positions in the U.S. Government that absolutely mandates that the highest standard of Citizenship be met, ”Natural-Born Citizen”. Those are the Office of the Presidency of the United States and the Vice-President of the United States who is in line to attain to that office if necessary. Obama patently does not meet that requirement and it does not take a Rocket Scientist to see that “very simple truth”.

McCain is NOT a “Natural-Born Citizen”. Obama is NOT a “Natural-Born Citizen” These facts make both Obama and McCain ineligible to be President.

It also makes people like Swartzenegger,Rubio,Cruz,Jindahl,Santorum and Romney ineligible to BE President. None of them are “Natural-Born Citizens”.

I don’t care if one is Republican or Democrat. One MUST follow the Constitution. Neither Obama OR McCain are “Natural-Born Citizens”. McCain was born outside the treaty parameters of the PCZ IN Colon,Panama. The Naturalization Act states that military bases in foreign countries are NOT U.S. Soil.

Neither are “Natural-Born Citizens”.An NBC is “One born IN a Country of ParentS who are BOTH American citizens themselves”.

A U.S. President and U.S. Vice-President MUST meet both Jus Soli,born IN the United States AND 100% Jus Sanquinis,”Of the Blood” of Americans...born of Parents who are BOTH Americans. McCain comes close but no Cigar. God only knows WHO Barack Obama really is. He is a master muslim taquyist and prevaricator.

If a military base is overseas, the land belongs to the nation in which it is located.

Panama’s Canal Zone was considered an unincorporated territory where the children born to U.S. citizens had statutory citizenship BUT were not considered Natural born Citizens. So, they were U.S. citizens without being eligible for the Presidency and V. Presidency.

Keep in mind when reading the above that Congress has no power to grant ANYONE Natural born Citizenship. To change the U.S.Constitution is a lengthy process and our national legislators have been trying to bypass the legal method for years, the putzes!

Gov. George Romney was considered a U.S.citizen because Mexico does not recognize jus solis. If one is born in Mexico of U.S. citizens parents, you are a U.S. citizen as Mexico doesn’t recognize jus sanguinas for citizenship.

Since Gov. George Romney’s parents returned to the U.S. when he was a child, his citizenship as an American is undoubted. But he was not a Natural born Citizen due to being born in Mexico.

Gov.Mitt Romney, however, was born in Utah of U.S. citizen parents and is undoubtedly a Natural born Citizen.

What is never mentioned is the strict citizenship laws of Mexico. If you’re born in the U.S. and your parents are Mexican citizens who’ve entered the U.S. illegally, then you’re a Mexican citizen and NOT a native born U.S. citizen. One’s parents must be legal residents, per Wong Kim Ark v. United States Government, for a child to be recognized as a ‘native born citizen’.

Lots of lawyers are pro-immigrant activists who see nothing wrong with twisting the law. I suspect they are misinformed in law schools.
