Constitution Day has come and gone. No sign of Sarah. Frustrated? Yep, I am. Dissappointed? Yep, I am. Do I have a clue what she'll do? Nope. I'm starting to doubt, though, that she'll run. I'm starting to think she's holding out for Perry's VP slot, but pounding on him may not sit well...but Bachman seems to be doing that well herself and deflecting blame. I don't know, I'm flustered a bit. Thanks for listening out there in Freepland. What say or predict you?
For all the brilliant strategists around here who think they know Sarah Palin, what she thinks or HOW she thinks....who regurgitatate the same tired talking point on every single Sarah Palin thread. i.e.: “She’s not running,”
let me state for the record, I agree 100%. She’s not running. She’ walking...
And doing a damn fine job of it.
Pawlenty “ran” and he is gone.
Perry is “running” and he is running out.
Bachmann “ran” and she has run into herself.
Romney “runs” but he runs into Conservatives. No sale.
Sarah is walking, conserving her strength for the long haul while the others use up ammo on each other. And that is why I will wait. And that is why she will win.

Yes, pretty much my thoughts, too, which is why I’m still patient even though it’s getting painful to be! But I do think she needs to be in the office to do what we know she can do.
I agree with everything you said except your last paragraph. We cannot afford to waste four more years. We simply can’t.
At any rate, I think she has had it up to here with that type of BS and with the crap her family takes from the media. I believe she will not run and I have said this since she resigned her Governorship. She can do a lot for this country by simply doing what she is doing. Maybe Perry(or who ever wins, anyone but Obama)will put her in Holder's spot. Wouldn't that be great?

This isn’t the end of the month. I think I read that she told one reporter that she’ll announce by the end of this month. I was not expecting it today, myself. I’m really sort of aggravated that the whole campaign thing started so early. We needed a rest, a break from the continual campaigning! Other than by Cain, whom people did not know and needed to begin to make a name for himself, most others are somewhat familiar. Sheesh! Maybe Sarah wants a break, too! Announce towards the end and save some of the hassle. Can you imagine how hectic it will be once she does? Her followers will stay on board.

Teddy wasn’t talking about a candidate getting in when it’s strategically smart, rather than jumping in stupidly soon.
Jumping in now to satisfy a handful of people putting their wants and desires over strategic planning would be a mistake. Why people cannot see her strategy for what it is baffles me. I guess those of us unfamiliar with Sun Tzu just don’t get it.

I've kind of come to that point over the last few weeks, although I have been lured back into the predictable punching at shadows game a few times.
Last night I got into it with a well-known PDSer, and right at the height of the frenzy, I just stopped. It occurred to me that I was engaged in an activity that I didn't have the slightest interest in, so I simply walked away and left it to spin all on its own.
It's still tough to zip my lip when I see some of the scurvy dog blatherings around here, but I'm getting better. As you said, why repeat myself (for the thousandth time?) I really do have much better, and more fulfilling things to do, such as get hooked up with organized Palin supporters in the real world. We're going to have a lot to do, in the very near future.

And the CBS poll that came out today giving Governor Palin a 62% negative rating is the biggest bit of manipulative bs I have seen in a while. The large majority of that number is the other candidates fanbase who know if she gets in it is basically over for their candidate.
