Donald Trump chose conservative entrepreneur Kelly over liberal attorney Jenn in last night's season final episode of The Apprentice... Kelly was the choice of almost every business expert on hand, as person after person praised him for his leadership, drive, and most of all for his results. The sharp tongued Jenn almost pulled the rabbit out of the hat as she attempted to argue her way to the job in the final boardroom exchange. As an attorney she seemed more adept at arguing her case... but in the end couldn't overcome the results that Kelly had shown.

In the real world action should "Trump" talk.

Also in the interviews of fired contestants Raj said something about a left wing conspiracy against conservatives when responding to a question about going out for a coffee only date with Donald Trump's assistant. I couldn't understand or hear exactly every word what Raj said.

A real man would have fired both of them and hired the spiky blond haired guy with no college education who was fired last year--forget his name but think he came from Texas. The rest were arrogant yuppo-trash *sskissers par excellence. That was Troy from Idaho. (or Montana?)

The winner was a WEST POINT graduate with an MBA and a JD from UCLA. Former Airborne ranger. Man of character, leadership, and quality. The loser was a whiny, mouthy broad with a law degree. Nothing more.

Troy from Idaho got offered a full-ride scholarship to Boise State I believe to finish up his degree. Sad that the fact that he didnt have a degree was a selling point, up until he came down to being one of the last few contestants.

You didn't miss much; the blonde was a real nasty piece of work, who apparently considered her route to success talking about every competitor behind their backs. I would never hire such a person, for any task, not even as a lawyer.

In the upcoming third season of The Apprentice the initial teams that will compete against one another are divided into a group of college grad only and the other group of non-college grads who have all been successful despite that. Trump touted the showdown as "Street smarts" vs. "Book Smarts". It will be interesting.

I don't think the results of this season will convince me to tune in to a full show next time. I only watched the "board room" scenes, and then only because NBC had started to air ER at goofy times in order to screw with pweople who TiVos.

Or people with TiVo's, as the case may be.

The number one reason I like The Apprentice is that it encourages the younger people in this country who are watching in droves to become free market capitalists. That bodes well for the future of America, especially when you consider that so many who tune are in high school and college where they are currently undergoing indoctrination by liberal teachers and professors.

Actually, the underlying idea is not bad; the competition to do the best business project is sort of interesting. The problem is that the show rapidly devolved into a combination of Donald Trump-worship and humiliation, backbiting and backstabbing by the contestants.

Agreed. It has turned into the "I LOVE DONALD HOUR". Some would say that technically, it always was. You have to have an intense admiration for that guy to be willing to put yourself through all that the contestants go through.

no eating of any spiders, but some of the women, including the losing finalist, were just as venomous.

A day or two after Jenn lost, she was on some show whining that she was unfairly treated because she was a female, something like she ran into Trump's glass ceiling. After hearing at least 80% of the people Trump asked (including that guy who just FROZE UP ON LIVE NATIONAL TV) thought that Kelly was the stronger candidate. What a maroon.

Pretty weak cast this season - seemed to be a bunch of petty, back-biting, as*-kissing losers. Kelly was good. Great flame-outs, though - Maria telling the pm to BACK OFF! Jenn getting the credit for Ivanna's work. And the best - Ivanna dropping trou for $20 to sell candy.
