Former Senator, former Vice President, current Pastor of the Church of Climate Change, Al Gore has canceled all of his speaking commitments for the foreseeable future.
Al Gore visit postponed
Former US vice president Al Gore will not be able to make it to Taiwan this September to address the issue of global warming, Democratic Progressive Party Legislator Tien Chiu-chin (田秋堇) said yesterday. Tien, who invited Gore to visit Taiwan to promote awareness on global warming, told reporters yesterday that she received an e-mail from the Harry Walker Agency, which has the exclusive right to arrange Gore's speeches, saying that Gore had canceled all his scheduled events in the next six months. The visit to Taiwan had been postponed to next year, she added. Tien said the reason for the cancelation (sic) was that Gore was considering a presidential bid.

I’d like to find my post - a few months ago I said that he was going to run for and get the Dem nomination. I bet all this will happen, and I agree with you that he would win the Presidency, too.
I agree with you. He is the Dems most formidable candidate. He would have to be the favorite in the general election. He might even win the Nobel prize in the meantime.

Gore wouldn’t even consider running, if he’d not seen some extremely promising internal numbers. You know there is nothing like the depth of the hatred of the left. And hildabeast is hated/despised by many of the left and they’ve been working feverishly to put someone else in this run for the WH. It was obvious when Chrissy Matthews had a program putting hildabeast’s marriage down. I knew then.... preparation was being made for a Gore run.
You are right. Thank you for reminding me of that. And it was a similar situation to Gore . . . a squeeker, close election, running the second time during an unpopular war.

I agree and you know what, why should he? Why should a former VP who put up with all the crap sit by and watch his wife be anointed?
I don’t like the guy and he annoys me but he can run rings around the other Rats. He’d crush them all. And he will be tough in a national election.

Yeah—that would be sweet. It’s awful though that we’re going to have to change the channel more often once he begins—even FOX will have some of his soundbites. I can’t stand to hear him say anything just like I couldn’t tolerate listening to that piece of plastic clinton—of course his wife is even worse.
