Obama states that he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. If that is the case, he was then both an American citizen and a British citizen at birth because his father was a citizen of the British East African Protectorate of Zanzibar.
Because Zanzibar had, in 1961, not yet declared its independence from Great Britain, Obama was, like his father, a British citizen under Section 32(1) of the British Nationality Act of 1948. Both Obama, Sr. and Obama, Jr. then automatically became citizens of Kenya when the independent nation was formed (from what had been Zanzibar) in 1963. Obama’s British citizenship automatically expired when he turned age 21.
As a person born with dual citizenship, Obama is not a natural born citizen and is ineligible to serve as President. The framers of the U.S. Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born. [219,258,492,549]
Kenyan Birth Allegations
Some speculate that Obama was born not in Hawaii but in Kenya. Only one of Obama’s parents was American.
If Obama was born in Kenya (or any country other than the United States), he cannot legally serve as President of the United States because he is not a “natural born citizen,” even though he may have become a “naturalized citizen.”
Obama’s American citizen parent, Ann Dunham, had to have been a resident of the United States for 10 years, at least five of which were over the age of 14. Dunham did not meet that requirement (of the Nationality Act of 1940, revised June, 1952) until her 19th birthday in November of 1961, three months after Obama was born. [801]
A significant and understandable fuss has been made about Obama becoming the first African-American President. Obama is arguably not, however, “African-American.” His father, Barack Obama, Sr., is allegedly one-eighth African (on his mother’s side, from the Luo tribe in Kenya) and his father’s remaining ancestry is purported to be Arabic.
Candidate Obama is thus more accurately referred to as “Arab-American.” Obama is not (like many black Americans) the descendant of African slaves owned by white American slave-owners. Having Arab ancestors, Obama is, in fact, most likely a descendant of slave owners, because Arabs have for many centuries traditionally owned slaves and been active slave traders.
Further, the names Barack and Hussein are of Arab origin. (There is insufficient publicly-available evidence to state with certainty the percentages of Obama’s national ancestries.) [513,514]

LOL I know exactly what you mean about Irish records, I got lost in County Donegal trying to trace a great great grandmother and never did find complete records for her! I also knew that many Irish records had been lost to fires. What I meant about a fire destroying records in Kenya in 2007 is that it would be suspicious to say the least, since so many Kenyas pinned their dreams on either Kenya having a Luo President or the U.S. having a Luo President.
He is positioning his right leg stiffly in the picture and yes he had a car accident in 1971 prior to his visit to HI. That is also the same time when the airport picture was taken so I don’t know where the cane was at that time unless he set it to one side and leaned into those with whom he had his picture taken. The fact that he had been in an accident is mentioned in Jr’s fairytale when Jr mentions that his father had yellow eyes after a recent bout of malaria and was relying on a cane after he had been in a car accident.(pg 37-39) While Sr was in the hospital after that accident, Ruth was visiting with him when Kezia came to visit and according to Kezia that was when she discovered that Sr and Ruth were married.

Notice, the first image of Stanley Armour Dunham has been cropped from the group of three. We can follow him as he ages, in the welcoming group, several years later, he is still younger than when he is shown with obama at the beach.
When obama and Stanley Ann arrive from Indonesia, there they are, the three of them at the airport. See how he has aged? That should put the sequence into perspective.
But what the heck was he doing greeting 0bama Sr when he arrived? Standing next to him and all?

Well there are articles on line that claim Davis was his father and there are nude pictures taken of her by Frank Marshall Davis. Rightpundits had the pictures.
No one knows who took the pictures. No one knows where they were taken. No one knows how they came into the possession of someone - and ended up on a ‘vintage’ porn site.
I can make another assumption. Perhaps they belonged to Malcolm X and after his assassination, they fell into the wrong hands?
