Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

How many books have you or anyone you know read where the author spends time discussing their birth certificate in such detail? My guess none.
This indicates that he knew there would arise an issue concerning his birth.

I thought the exact same thing. I guess Ayers felt it better to mention it and hope that the DNC would take that as fact, and they did. Hook, line and sinker.
I doubt it, but I did wonder if he had a rhinoplasty.

Comparing #7,179 and #7,187, the hairline is identical in both photos. Ears, too. Stanley Armour Dunham was part of the welcoming committee for Obama, Senior in 1959.

Having done quite a bit of research of Irish records, I wouldn't be that suspicious. Many Irish records were destroyed during periods of civil unrest which continued well into the 20th Century, or through unintentional mishaps, and fire was the most frequent source of the destruction. As far as the accuracy of the records go, I'd say it depends.
Yes, the British placed great emphasis on record-keeping, but when it came to registration of births, marriages and deaths, it depended on native self-reporting, supported by the negative incentive of fines for non-reporting. Again, in periods of unrest, or in the event of a personal family tragedy, events went unreported. Add to that the fact the local registrars were British, so the spelling of family and place names were often mangled in the records. As a final difficulty, in predominantly rural societies such as Ireland (and Kenya) in the the 19th and early 20th centuries, age was of little consequence. (You were young, middle-aged or old, and that was about it.) As a result, you find the birth, marriage and death records (if you're lucky enough to find all three for the same person) vary in age by an average of 5 years, sometimes more.
It wasn't until government entitlements such as old-age pensions were introduced that accuracy in age became imperative. To a lesser extent, the same applies to the US. Most states or large cities didn't have a centralized vital records system until the advent of Social Security registration in the late '30's. In fact, one of the major WPA projects involved manually creating a name index for earlier US census records, since these were frequently used as proof of age and/or citizenship in the absence of birth certificates.
I don't know what kind of registration system the Brits or the Kenyan government set up in Kenya, but I suspect, from the scenes described by that article about the National Archives, that the surviving records aren't all that complete, so you find a lot of research into ancillary materials such as old publications, lists, wills, land records, etc.

Not sure he is hiding his legs. I see both of them, and it seems he is wearing cowboy boots type shoes. He looks awkward because he is leaning in to get his package. I don’t see a cane in that picture.

Is this photo around the same time of the photo with Obama Sr and Jr in the airport? In that photo, I didn’t see Obama Sr. having a cane then.

If there is only one thing that you should have learned by now and that Obama has the most elusive, secretive, and unknown background of anyone I have ever heard or read about.
What concrete proof do we really have when and where his parents were born, or even who are his real parents? We cannot say, for certain, when his mother died, if at all, and when his grandmother died, if at all, and from what real causes?
I would caution you to make NO assumptions or presumptions about the FACTS of Obama's life because we have so few of them to even paint a family portrait.
The reason why BO is fighting the BC issue, tooth and nail, is becuase the FACTS on it would destroy his entire mythology. Without that mythology, he is less than ZERO.
If Stanley Amour Dunham were part of the welcoming committee for 0bama Sr, that puts a Whole New Light on the whole obamination thing. It could be him, from the photo. Maybe some photo experts could look at this. And any articles dug up about that event would be good - if that is Dunham, he’s standing right next to Sr, as though he’s one of main people there.
And if that is Dunham, it puts him in HI in 1959, and notice he’s the only man not in “aloha attire” - just a white shirt.
