Conservatives!! There is a "LIBERAL TIDAL WAVE" sweeping across this nation & if we don't "stem the tide" fairly soon & pretty quickly, I'm afraid most remnants of conservative values will be swept away forever. (or at least until *the REAL MESSIAH* comes to our rescue!)

We need to start organizing a *NEW CONSERVATIVE YOUTH MOVEMENT* in this country! Out with the old ideas (they are NOT working!) and in with THE NEW! We need to come up with some *revolutionary ideas* (pun intended) on how we can "indoctrinate" our young people.

For starters, I propose offering home schooling parents a program such as, say, "The Conservative Classroom," where local *young* conservative teachers, *young* activists and/or *young* local politicians could volunteer their time to teach our youth about the *vital* importance of conservative values & our nation's founding principles!

Who is it that once said you need to "get 'em while they're young!" Groups such as the LibTurd educators, gay agenda-ites, the PLO & most importantly the "0bama movement" understand this creed fully, and are indocrinating en masse. We conservatives better wake up & catch up....and FAST! We need to "flood the youth culture" with our beliefs & ideals in new & more effective ways then the Dims @ the grassroots level.

We need to take back this country one child at a time, one family at a time & one politician at a time. I'm afraid that if we don't do this NOW....WE ARE TOAST! I implore you to please voice your opinions here & offer your *revolutionary ideas* so we can start attempting to take back our beloved nation...the *STILL* great & wonderful United States of America!

We need to RE-ORGANIZE, ORGANIZE, ORGANIZE!!! And let's not let these ideas that may be shared here die right along with this thread in a day or three. Let us try & implimate them in our own neighborhoods & stay in touch with one another! For the good of this nation, it's not just "Yes, we can!" It is "YES, WE MUST!"

Actually I have to be the dark horse here and say Conservatism has never been stronger than ever. What is failing is the Republican party. For one stupid reason or another a lot of them are RINOs (hence why McCain was the nominee). The American people are by and large conservative. Just look at the results of many ballot questions across the country. Further, Obama was able to capture 20% of the conservative vote. How? Although his record shows him as far left, he promsied “tax cuts on the middle class” (really tax credit welfare) and ran on a (for the most part) positive and uplifiting message (or so the media portrayed him). Thus, while he is on the far Left, Obama was able to capitalize on some essentials of conservatism: tax cuts and Reagan style idealism. That is not even considering the minority populations who voted for him because of his skin color but don’t typically vote. It also excludes the media’s obsession over him and the ACORN votes.

So the problem, in my estimation, is not so much that the conservatives are leaving or disappearing. Instead, it is that the GOP has, since 1996, shifted further and further to the left. Honestly, how many people here voted for/supported McCain either because of Palin or out of a fear of Obama?

The problem is the parties, not conservative ideology.

I learned a good lesson from Carter. Being young and
stupid, I believed his “born again” status made him
the “right” choice. We’re still suffering the bruises caused
by that fall off the carter cliff.

The bright side is that many of those who elected Barack
Obama are also young and stupid. If our Constitution can
endure him without mortal consequences, I predict an army
of “born again” conservatives who will have seen the light.
They will vote more responsibly and we could be done
with liberalism ... for a while.

Although I am Catholic, I suggest to you that Evangelicals have done a very good job at informing. They voted 75% McCain, not in support of McCain, but in support of Christianity. Our Catholic church has been under attack for years and the election results reflected that.

The evil forces of Marxism, Muslim Extremists, CPU, BLT, EU Socialism, Ethnic Cleansers of Planned Parenthood, etc. have obviously all joined forces under the Democratic party. Perhaps we join forces in the name of our God.

If you want to stop the march of liberalism in the short term, you've got to have a good messenger capable of communicating the conservative agenda. For that you need solid leadership preaching sound policy.

In the long term the only way to stop the march of liberalism is to change the educational system in America and reverse the leftwing propaganda being spewed by the mainstream media. A better educated and informed citizenry would go a long way to re-instilling the original intent of America's Founders and Framers.

1)No more money to Hollywood. I have not seen a movie in quite some time unless it’s made by conservatives. I buy only USED dvd’s!
2) I don’t buy anything from companies that give money to gays, abortion and stuff like that.
3)Only buy gas from companies that use US Oil/refineries!
4)Most important, if they deny God or the word “Christmas” they are off the list for good.

It’s not as hard as it seems. Go to www.frc.org and some other sites for this type of information.
