He had to have a passport to travel to Kenya in 1986. He wasn’t a senator until 2005.
Or he simply had an American passport issued under any one of a number of previous legal names.
That’s the point he was trying to make.
The question becomes what name was the passport issued under.
Did Berg actually produce the document he received from the FOIA showing this or is he just saying he has it but hasn't produced it?

Whoever had the State Dept. look into the passport files of all those people about a year ago knew this some time past.

I hope no one is saying that a Marshal with court papers will be walking into the White House to serve papers to evict and escort Obama out of the building... :-)
It’s conceivable that some court could have some evidence eventually affirmed legally that shows Obama is not qualified (if someone finds such evidence and can present a case to get it heard). If so, it will be turned over to the House for its consideration in whether to pursue Impeachment.
So far as I know at this point, the document(s) haven't been posted for viewing. When/if I find them, I'll post if someone hasn't already.
And yes, since he's used so many alias's, a (U.S.) passport could be under a different name. But which one, and does that matter that he just took the 'oath of office' using 'Barack Hussein Obama?'

Obama is now officially the president, none of us has standing in order to bring suit over his eligibility because he IS one as of today.

That in a nutshell is what I think this is all about. Obama has multiple names & probably can't really prove who his father is. Everything else flows from that. If it ever came to light, all the autobiographical works of his would immediately become less than worthless (not that they are more than navel-gazing drivel to begin with).
