The Andrea Shea King Show has decided to give the Plaintiffs a voice! Andrea Shea will be scheduling time into her upcoming shows to have the Plaintiffs of the filings on her show.
Who are the plaintiffs? They could be you! In addition to the current actions including the Military and Politicians Actions to legally question eligibility, Dr. Taitz will head two more actions. You will now have a voice.
All work is done Pro Bono. Please help with these new filings.
New consent forms will be made available shortly for these two new legal actions. One will be for Federal Employees, the next will be for Citizens.

Obama is giving aid and comfort to our enemy, committing $900 million in taxpayer money to Hamas with his commitment to "rebuild" Gaza. He has also released a terrorist "detainee", and wants to close down our facility at Guantanamo. None of this sits well with some high ranking military members, US citizens, or federal employees who are concerned they too may be serving under a usurper.

Yes. But there’s also the precedents set by the Nuremberg Trials, which declared that following orders is no excuse if those orders are evil or illegitimate.
Not that I’d want to be an active duty soldier arguing with a Court Martial about that.

Orly is not sweating it out in the desert in Iraq.
It is a different matter entirely for Active Military like Lt. Easterling.
An Army Lieutenant simply does not have the discretion to disobey an Order unless he can prove that said Order is unlawful.
Orly has not proven that any of BO’s Orders are unlawful.
Frankly, I doubt that Orly can prove anything other than she might be a fair Dentist.

I would suggest to Orly’s clients — to “get a lawyer” before they join up with *that* lawyer... LOL..
The Oklahoma legislator who is putting through that bill to make it a law to show specific documentation to prove that one is qualified for office (not just the President, but all offices, too...) — was also thinking about joining in the case. BUT, he also wisely said he would be consulting with some oversight committee in the legislature about what legislators are allowed to do and what is proper and what is not — and in addition to that, he is going to consult with his own lawyer, first, too — before he proceeds. And he won’t proceed until he gets that “okay” from them...
That’s probably why he’s successful at the current time. And it’s the ignoring of these kinds of things that get other people “in trouble”, too... :-)

Really! It’s one thing if you know exactly what you’re getting into and you are willing to *pay the price* for it. That would be what a good lawyer would do, let you know about any such consequences and what can happen. If one goes ahead on that basis and their life is ruined from that point forward — at least they can’t say that they didn’t understand or thought that their “cause” was “righteous enough” so that they couldn’t lose...

At the very least Orly owes a duty to her clients to posts said Laws on her Blog and state her understanding of said Laws.
Um, I didn’t write that, you meant to ping someone else.
Also, I don’t know what your quarrel is with Orly, but really, I don’t want to be involved.
I don’t disagree with you. And I wouldn’t ask anyone to do this. I’ve been in the military, and the very first rule you learn is to stay out of trouble.
But he seems to have volunteered for this. After having read what he said, I think he is willing to sacrifice himself for the good of his country.
How could Easterling have made an informed decision if Orly was not fully informed regarding the Law?
It does not sound like the Law was very clear to Orly in this Article from Military.com:

Orly is a lawyer. There is no excuse for this kind of blunder.
Everyone who contributed to her or signed on as a Plaintiff with Orly can now make an actionable claim of malpractice in arguable good faith against Orly and I don’t see that Orly has any good faith defenses to such claims.
I advised her not to solicit donations like this but, of course, she would not listen to good reason.
