One can pretty much regard the Congressional Black Caucus as an adjunct of Castro’s government.

Trade with the ChiComms good, with Cuba bad?

Trade would liberate Cuba.

We can talk about it when Castro is dead. Not sooner.

Please. China has killed more americans post WWII than any other country. Either coming over the hills in Korea, or supporting the VC.

Cuba would be transformed. Trade is a good thing.

They are only in Cuba to see what’s in it for themselves. No Congress person ever looks into anything; unless there is a payoff for them. Usually an underhanded and crooked payoff not meant to benefit the people they represent; only themselves.

No doubt. We cannot overlook the fact that Fidel tried to fire Russian missiles at the US during the US-Soviet confrontation. Had it not been for clear-thinking Russian technicians, this would have gone out of control and the Cuban island would be a cinder. We can wait till this monster is buried

Lol. Don’t hold your breath, he’s been through 10 Presidents. Must be the cigars and edible shoe leather.

"No Congress person ever looks into anything; unless there is a payoff for them."

That's certainly true for most of the self-serving, rapacious, greedy and corrupt SOB's in Congress Freekitty, but the CBC stands apart in it's ideological consonance with the likes of Castro.

Zer0’s chummy relationship to the Marxist Castro regime will have consequences. Terrorism in the United States comes to mind.

Had a few Cubans when in the Bahamas....nothing special about them. Actually I prefer the Dominicans! I think people want them because they are illegal in the USA...the “gee, look at me I have a illegal cigar” mentality!

I will gladly support your agenda to end the embargo on this oppressive dictatorial regime if you will STFU about slavery.

Why do you think that? Cuba has trade with the entire world, and the repression and pverty just gets worse. You are aware that there is no private enterprise? That Castro owns everything? And everything goes into his pocket?
