Let's just put this out there right now. If Liz Cheney wants to be president, she's got my vote. She is asked by Norah O'Donnell about the "torture" techniques and Cheney astutely denies the premise that it is torture at all. She points out that the very same techniques, including waterboarding, are done to our own military as training for being captured. Therefore, by definition, it cannot be torture. She also points out that the techniques were very effective in gaining vital intelligence, which prevented future attacks.
By the end, O'Donnell is unhinged, foaming at the mouth, and yelling at Cheney.

Ix-nay on the critical thinking skills. I have not seen any evidence of those from any Obamite yet. Mrs. Clinton and Pakistan: a nightmare result of the lack thereof. Interior Secretary Tonto on energy supplies: we’ve got plenty, we don’t need to drill anywhere. Napolitano on the swine flu: no need to monitor arriving flights from Mexico. Geithner on the financial situation...Lord I can’t even write about it.
With the election of obama as president those that voted for him sent a message:
The message is : Those who hate the United States and wish to destroy it now have an ally in the White House.
Those who love the United States and wish to defend it from those who want to destroy it now have an enemy in the White House.
They are still looking and wanting to get a charge on President Bush and Vice President Cheney and eventually they will even if they have to manufacture one.
obama and his deciples are dangerous and evil and sooner, rather than later they will come for us.

LOL - I think we share the same opinion. We’re the unfortunate ones who recall the days when newsmen just reported the news - didn’t try to influence the listeners.
Today, they have no shame.
