mousavi1388 Dear Iranian People, Mousavi has not left you alone, he has been put under house arrest by Ministry of Intelligence #IranElection about 4 hours ago from web
A friend who works in the media sent me the pictures below of the riots going on in Iran today as the voting public expresses their anger over the sham elections
Leading Iranian opposition presidential candidate Mir Hossein Mousavi issued a statement warning of "tyranny" Saturday after a tense night in Iran in which state organs proclaimed that incumbent hardline Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had won a "landslide" victory by a two-to-one margin, a statistic that defied the belief of many analysts. Voter turnout was an unprecedented 84%.
Ferdinand Marcos fell from power when he rigged the elections against Corazon Aquino in 1986.
People Power took him down with the military eventually siding with the people.
Will the same thing happen in Iran ? One can only hope.
I see no pictures on that website (
to Shellybenoit that should be.
Its starting to look like our elections.
Iran does have an ACORN of sorts....the Revolutionary Guard. They’re better armed and like Stormtroopers, dispence the Emporer’s Justice.

So are they even attempting a pretense like “We’ve placed Mr. Mousavi into protective custody for his own safety” or are they going to “disappear” him?
I heard it didn’t matter whether Musavi or Ahmadinejad won because the mullah’s still ran everything.
So can Satan's reign on earth.
But that doesn't mean it can't be a pretty long while, relative to human life span.
Yes, that’s true. The reason I posted the vote numbers was to show just how rigged the election was.
If it does, I hope Bush gets credit for it.
The mullahs could be toppling.
Be nice for the insurgents to have some US and Western support.
Better still if support came stealthily from Saudi Arabia!
Bush will not get credit, I’d bet he’d be happy with the results.
