Are you going to your congresscritters' town hall meeting to ask about "health"care?
Posted on 8/3/2009, 12:19:21 AM by Sun
With the August break, there will be town hall meetings around the country, and I wonder who is going, and have you ever gone before.
I never went to one, and I haven't heard of one coming up in my area, but if I do, I would like to go, particularly to ask questions about the "health"care bill.

I’m paying a visit to my two senator’s offices soon (and my congressman).
If they have the guts to have a townhall, I’ll be there give a piece of my mind.

My congressman apparently isn’t planning any town hall meetings.

I feel that good questions at a Town Hall meeting will bring Obamacare into the light, but many probably won’t have the guts to go.

I think we’ll se a lot of COWARDS, and maybe that’s a good sign - it shows that Americans are against the bill.

August can be a defining month to solify public opinion on healthcare. Don't forget to visit your Representatives at their local offices. Local district offices can be found
here by clicking the Rep's link and then the "contact" tab.

Yep but I want a face to face with Higgins. I finally got a reply to my crap and trade snail mail. First two lines almost made my head explode ( it promptly was tossed in my firepit). He basically told me I was too stupid to know what was “ good for me” and that is why he voted for it.

As I understand it there will be a tea party type rally outside the local office of my congresscritter. Not sure of the date and time yet but I’ll go when I find out.

With the exception of Moon Township, PA, the bitter clingers seem to have been excluded from the list.

I would, but since I live in DC, my “representative” is probably advocating complete government take over of every aspect of your life, including who is on top during sex.

Elaborate, please.

With the exception of Moon Township, PA per this list, there are no meetings scheduled for KY/WV/OH/PA.

Darn, I thought we all were bitter clingers, but I forgot the rest of us are terrorists. :)
