NH SECRETARY OF STATE AGREES TO INVESTIGATE
Rep. Lawrence Rappaport, and his wife (Sept. 12, 2009) — New Hampshire State Representative, Lawrence M. Rappaport payed a visit to Mr. William Gardner, the NH Secretary of State, on Thursday, Sept. 10th.
His stunning request: an investigation of Barack Hussein Obama’s presence on the NH 2008 Ballot.
Gardner’s stunning response: an investigation will commence.
I interviewed Mr. Rappaport by email, and asked him, on what basis did he make his complaint; he responded, “The basis for all of this is possible fraud. I don’t know what penalties will be assessed if fraud is proven.”
Rappaport’s action follows stunning revelations that Nancy Pelosi deliberately signed two different forms certifying Barack Hussein Obama was the Democratic National Party candidate for the presidency. While these forms have been known to exist for some time, it was J.B. Williams, writing for the Canadian Free Press who brought them national notoriety, earlier this week.
It is unclear, if, in the eventuality that New Hampshire determines fraud was committed, on the grounds that Barack Hussein Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States, if the State will move, through its governor, to take some sort of action on the National scene, or who would be liable in law for the crime committed in-state.
Then we’ll accept the ruling. We want the truth. We want answers. I can’t speak for all birthers and dualers but I do not pursue this issue as a way to attack Obama. I want the law to be interpreted on the matter of NBC.
Wow! This is getting some decent traction, now. The truth must come out. Keep the heat on.

No, she didn't and that's the fishy smell. First, she signed the "real" one. The one that was tried and true for years. The one that included the statement he met the eligibility standards set out by the US Constitution which she filed away. Then, she signed another one that just happened to have that bothersome little constitutional requirement deleted. The second one is the one that was sent out to the states.
Someone, somewhere (be it Canada or elsewhere) has undisputable proof of Obama's eligibility that he and his goons have not thought to cover. it could even be an FBI or CIA leak to a myriad lot of reputable sources that could set the wheels in motion for the legitimate investigation of a lifetime.
Picturing one document that could save the nation and its citizens from the throes of a socialist/communist/racist/activist political agenda.

What happens if the investigation leads to an answer other than what we want?

No, she DIDN’T sign two forms saying the ‘same’ thing.
She signed two forms, one specifically said Obama was constitutionally eligible and one didn’t. Guess which one was turn in as official.
If one state opens up this can of worms I don't think it will be possible to close it. The political and constitutional fall out will be incredible, though. At best there will be a split right through the Democrat party, at worst a split through the Republic.
The only answer I want is the truth.
Frankly, I would like this whole questionable birth situation to be over with, whatever the outcome. I think it serves the left quite well in its current form, as a diversion from what they're really doing, and as a means to divide the opposition. If it turns out to be that the kenyan is actually a natural-born American citizen, so be it.
Personally I think, and this is just my gut instinct, the kenyan is actually qualified to serve, but there's something else on his BC, transcripts, and passport records that he doesn't want us to see.
Do we need to have a “REALLY IMPORTANT, BIG, BIG, BIG, HUGE NEWS STORIES!!” category for things like this that for some reason aren’t in Breaking News?

Nothing other than to put this matter to rest and allow everyone to focus on other issues. The question you should be asking is what happens if it turns out that he in not a U.S. citizen?
I suspect Oklahoma wouldn’t be far behind.
Inhofe must be getting some pressure from constituents, he’s acting very oddly, very defensive.
First, he claimed not to have studied the matter, as far as Obama’s eligibility. Then, last week, he claimed a lawsuit would “take too long.”
Funny, he didn’t seem to think making naturalized citizens eligible for President was such a bad idea, back in 2003, when he co-sponsored the “Natural Born Citizen Act,” S.2128, along with Democrat Mary Landreau.
I’m sure those good, conservative Oklahomans who voted him into office, either were unaware of this, or didn’t quite grasp the ramifications at the time. I hope they hold him to account.
