Who out there is getting tired of hearing the misused, offensive and discriminatory use of the phrase good ol boys network? The whole premise of the good old boys club or network is that women are less prone to corruption. Are we that small minded of a society that we have to base opinion of integrity on a persons gender?
We say it so much these days women actually start to believe it, as evidenced by Sonia Sotomayors comment about smart Latino woman judges.
I would hope that a wise Latina woman, with the richness of her experiences, would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasnt lived that life.
Lets hope she can back that up.
Even Hillary Clinton was quoted as saying:
Research shows the presence of women raises the standards of ethical behavior and lowers corruption.
Even Sarah Palin is getting in on the action these days:
A woman who took on the good ol boy network in Alaska and won.
What studies have been done to come to this conclusion? Has there never been a woman corrupted or mad with power? What happens after the whole room becomes filled with women? How long does the common everyday man need to be poked with this unfair label until it is universally recognized to be what it is: a derogatory comment and straight up discrimination!

it’s the Old Boys Network...
the Good Old Boy Network is how word spreads that the rockfish are running or that JR got a 12 pointer on opening day.
