Clearing the Smoke on Obama’s Eligibility: An Intelligence Investigator’s June 10 Report
Western Journalism ^ | July 18, 2009

Posted on 10/27/2009 4:33:18 PM PDT by Western Journalism

Editors Note: In December ‘08 a retired CIA officer commissioned an investigator to look into the Barack Obama birth certificate and eligibility issue. On July 21, 2009 westernjournalism.com obtained a copy of the investigator’s report. Here is an unedited version of the report.

June 10, 2009 Report, updated July 18, 2009 The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii

I think that I now understand the legal background to the question of where Obama was born.

Let’s begin with the statement that Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health released on October 31, 2008. The television and print media used this statement as a reason to prevent and treat with contempt any investigation into whether Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii. But the language of the statement was so carefully hedged and guarded that it should have had the opposite effect.

“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

So, in other words, eligibility troll personal attacks are free game. OK. I understand, you’re just “filling in”. That works.

In principle, I think the idea of having a “welcome wagon” for a newbie is ok, but doing it on eligibility threads is probably not a good idea, especially if the newbie supports Obama’s contention, the leftist press, and other assorted trolls that he is a NBC. There are many other FR threads to welcome a newbie that are not as contentious.

The mods have asked y’all to stop hollering “troll” just because someone disagrees with you. My conservative posts on FR speak for themselves. Your continued accusations of “troll” and “Obama Supporter” against me make you look foolish. I’ve demonstrated my conservative values more than enough to disprove those accusations. The problem is that we disagree about Orly Taitz and who has just as much right to participate in eligibility discussions as you do. And you just can’t stand it, so you resort to childish name calling.

I only deal with the ones I see. And even if an attack was provoked, it would make no difference to me because two wrongs don’t make a right.

Especially when the troll was pinged (post #8) by the admin mod specifically and solely.

No, it’s just that in this case a yr long battle with hardliners fighting, and buckeye is on one side, while this thread was posted by a newbie who did not reply to the positive feedback or welcomes.. If you had been pinged by the mod, and you had welcomed the newbie, I would venture to guess that no one would have gotten riled up so to speak.

Wait! So the religion moderator can show up here to? There is a ping list, so we can all have our proverbial hands rapted by a better Christian than the rest of us?

This is really not being handled well, at all.

I think the mods can speak for themselves, without having to request permission to speak through trolls such as you!

Admin, I, along with many others, read the thread about newbies. We were ALL newbies at one time or another. All of us had to EARN our own creds here.
This is a legit topic from a legit source, but what you have done here is cause suspicion which was completely unnecessary. This is a LOT like the “community organizing” we deplore.
It was unfair of you to place the poster of this thread in such a unique position because the ONE person you pinged has been anathema to any thread about the BC issue.
I would ALSO posit that we have an abundance of common sense here and common sense usually rules the roost. We don’t need a nanny state here.
THIS was a mistake. It should not have happened. FR got along for lo these many years without cattle prods.

freebird5850, IMHO, better to look before you leap. This, as I have gone over previous articles on this blog, is a very legitimate source of info with very credible people posting them.
This is not an “enemy.” And you don’t help us or yourself by not doing some fact checking of your own.
***********
LucyT, the above was NOT directed at you except to elicit your help in stopping this kind of autoattack on someone who is trying to do nothing but provide info.
We have seen this report before. It has been posted here before.
While this is not new information, it is not an attack on those of us who believe obama is ineligible for office whether it be by his birth status or the unconstitutional acts he has engaged in since his “election.”
We can use all the help we can get.
Thanks in advance.

Then why did the mole, oops, I mean mod, specifically ping you and not the entire “welcome wagon”?

If this “welcome wagon” consists of more than one, why ping just one?
