...to overturn the US Supreme Court's recent ruling allowing unlimited corporate money in elections
IOW, to overturn the Supreme Court's finding that a chunk of a law the bastards passed wasn't Constitutional. Media spinners make me sick too. Thanks nysuperdoodle.

It will be interesting to see how this proposed bill is received.

As one who is generally fearful of any 'Rat proposal coming out of Congress, I would be shocked and outraged if this disgusting affront to liberty became a constitutional amendment.

Remember that, as a constitutional amendment, it would require two thirds of each house of Congress and three fourths of the state legislatures for ratification. Fortunately, there is no practical chance of passage, especially given the current political climate nationwide.

So my advice is to breathe easy on this one. These leftists who introduced it are merely grandstanding for their ignorant and gullible constituents.

Hope so. It’ll be his final political suicide.

There’s no chance of passage, because WERE IT TO PASS anyone in office who had voted in favor of it would be among the first killed in the uprising. The old unspoken rule in this society is, when you have no more recourse to law, all that is left is recourse to lawlessness.

Just for fodder to encourage Independents to move further away from these Socialists. They’re TOAST come November. Everyone I talk to is fed up even former moronic Zero lovers.

What a dolt. The chance of passing an amendment to the Constitution there days is basically zero.

They're TOAST come November.

The two 'Rats that proposed the noxious amendment are both from safe districts, so they themselves will survive. It seems that they'd rather do their grandstanding routine about evil corporations than consider the future of their party.
