I agree with rintense, that is outside-the-box thinking. She’s good on TV, she should know the ins and outs of the party, she get along with a lot of the wings of the party and she’ll do what Steele won’t: Cheerlead for the party no matter what.

The RNC’s job is to say that Republicans are great and Democrats stink. Period. No matter how much you might dislike certain Republicans.

In fact Palin is the leader of the New Conservative Movement...and has obviated any need for the RNC.

Republican good ol' boys are too clever by half. If Steele is in hot water for expressing his opinion, just how much trouble would Sarah get for expressing her opinion? We know Sarah likes to call it as she sees it.

This is just a ploy to silence her and to discourage any presidential aspirations she may have.

I'm confident, however, that Sarah can see through it and won't fall for it.
