Opposition to the Ground Zero mosque has moved beyond just conservatives like Gingrich and Palin. The Anti-Defamation League is now opposed, saying that "the building of an Islamic Center at this location is counterproductive to the healing process."...

At some point, it would be helpful for President Obama to weigh in on the issue. He told America that he has a special understanding of Islam because of time spent in Muslim countries as a child-- so he would have credibility would help reduce the tension surrounding the controversy. It would also be nice to hear him stand up for America and against the schemes of people sympathetic to our enemies. With New York's Landmark Preservation Commission clearing one of the final hurdles for this monstrosity, we need The Chosen One to step up and heal our wounds.

Even in the planning stages, the mosque has proven to be an incredibly divisive topic. Any talk of using it to bring us together was naive at best. At this point, almost certainly a lie.

If I thought it would keep New York safer, I'd let ‘em build 50 mosques. Unfortunately, they kill each other with glee and abandon as well as infidels. When our Muslim brothers and sisters can manage peace for themselves, I say this is a country that recognizes all men and women of good will. Until then, I'd just as soon let them all remain WAY OVER THERE on the other side of the Atlantic. They can come visit, but they need return home — no visits longer than two weeks. After all, there's nothing and no one in our society that should be of interest to them.

A group calling themselves “White Roses” created a video to inform non-Muslims about Islam. The name of this video is Three Things About Islam
White Roses is head quartered in Sweden. This first version is in English. The name “White Roses” is based on a student resistance group “Die weiße Rose” in Nazi Germany. The group became known for an anonymous leaflet campaign, from June 1942 until February 1943, which called for active opposition to Adolf Hitler’s regime.
I urge all of you to view this video. You may be familiar with the points made in this video but many Americans are not, either out of a desire to put their heads in the sand to avoid confronting the problem or just simple ignorance of the crisis we face. It may not be possible to get all the Dramatis Persona to acknowledge this Islamic road to perdition but those Americans, who just do not know, out of ignorance, just might find the learning experience worth while.
As a person who has spent lengthy time studying Islam I can tell you this video is one of the best I have seen…it’s short and to the point and all those points are dead on!
