An interview-length haiku from Quidam.

Long-time Freepers will know what I'm talking about.

the source claims to be a "former" White House insider

I didn't see "former" mentioned anywhere in this article.

Am I the only one wondering if this supposed insider is simply someone writing what we all believe to be true about The Won?

Ahhh.... The Skeptic.

Good position.

It is, of course, possible. But it's not like Obama hasn't set a pattern of the described behavior. You think he was playing golf because he's good at it and enjoys it?

I believe this is some liberal having some fun, writing just the right things for people to think it’s true.

Or he is supposed to be on bi-polar medication and is either not taking it as directed or has stopped taking it. If the latter, he will crash soon into extreme depression.

Hopefully, Hillary will have exhausted her appeal to the majority of American voters by 2012.

http://www.politico.com/blogs/joshgerstein/0910/Craig_Emanuel_exit_would_be_relief_for_Holder.html

According to the National Law Journal, a recording of a speech Craig gave at Columbia Law School last Tuesday included pre-speech banter between Craig and a former counsel’s office deputy who teaches at the school, Trevor Morrison. In the exchange, Craig suggests great tension between Emanuel and Holder, apparently over the handling of terrorism-related issues.

“The great thing about it, if Rahm goes to run for mayor, is that Eric survived,” Craig said, according to the report.

“It’s like a miracle,” Morrison said.

Either Craig or Morrison (it’s difficult to tell who’s speaking) then said of Holder: “They were after him.”

Disagreements between the White House and the Justice Department have been reported by various news outlets, particularly as the Obama Administration has struggled to act on President Barack Obama’s promise to close the war-on-terror prison at Guantanamo Bay. Emanuel reportedly viewed Holder’s handling of the issue as ham-handed and politically tone-deaf. The New York Times reported in February that the White House attempted at one point to send a political “minder” to the Justice Department to head off what Emanuel and other officials viewed as gaffes.

In the public portion of his remarks, Craig also conceded that he left the White House last year in part because of his own poor relationship with Emanuel.

“One of the reasons was that I did not get along with the chief of staff well,” Craig said, “and I think that the coordination between the White House counsel and the chief of staff is vital to the success of the working of the White House.”

I agree with the sentiments, but something doesn’t ring true about this interview. I think it’s fake.

Sounds like the guy also has an agenda in promoting Hillary Clinton. Obama is an incompetent but that is not why the guy is admitting it. There is no honor among Dem operatives. They always have ulterior motives. His is Hillary

No libtard brain would allow this realization, let alone allowing it to pass the lips.

You would be amazed at the amount of words that flow out of the mouths of liberals when someone threatens their power and wealth. If necessary to retain their power, they will tell the truth.

I don’t think you see a narcissistic personality go into a depressive phase — unless it is short lived and right before suicide.

I just finished reading the whole article, and I can say, "YOU'RE GONNA WANNA READ THIS!"

Either this interview was made up, or this country is in deep do-do. I'm hoping the article was made up.

Is the source for this credible?

Well...... let's say it is just as credible as anything from ABC, CBS, NBC, or CNN.

Oh, yeah, he’s done just enough of the narcissistic stupidity in public for all of the supposed insider reports that I’ve read to be entirely believable. That’s what makes me suspicious. It’s too textbook.

I think he plays golf because he thinks it’s what people of “his caliber” are supposed to do. It’s the same with basketball, except in this he identifies with black men. I rather doubt Pres. Obama truly enjoys anything, except when he gets that ridiculous childish grin on his face when he thinks people are adoring him, or that he’s made a clever joke.

This sounds like BUNK.

Just an attempt to get a rise out of conservatives. Mission accomlished.

Focus on leading not revelling in false disintegration of the enemy.

It’s possible to compare some of this narrative with the writings of BO’s speech-writers or other insiders.

Forensic semantics helped uncover Joe Klein as the ‘anonymous’ author of Primary Colors.

It can be done!!

This seems to me that it is written by a Clinton operator.

I thought that the insider 'divulged' that he was a Clinton supporter. So... you would be totally correct.

So you support Hillary Clinton running against Obama in 2012? Absolutely – at this point, absolutely.

That's the explanation for the 60 Minutes piece on Sunday.

Of course, we have absolutely no way in the world to know if this originates from an actual, knowledgeable source...or just the fertile mind of a good writer who is presenting a "wish list" of all we conservatives hope would/will happen.

I've only one bone to pick with it....and that is running hitlery in 2012; given her time as Sec of State, she'd be tough to beat, despite her murderous, lying history.
