Where have all the “good ole boys” gone on Sirius NASCAR radio? It seems to me that the only one that really speaks my language now during the daytime is Chocolate Meyers. All the rest of the southern boys have been relegated to nighttime duty.
What got me to paying attention to this was the fact that The Morning Drive crew was poking fun at Sarah Palin last week. She is someone I like and admire. It hit me the wrong way when they were making light of her and I got to thinking that these guys really aren’t that much fun to listen to anymore.

You know, it’s really not ‘plenty’ of conservatives.
It’s a few who are omni-present and very insistent.
They like the attention they create by getting on Palin threads and trashing her.
They haven’t gotten so much attention in years, not since they streaked last decade at the high school football game.
Anyway, I have made a vow to ignore them, to never respond to their posts no matter how tempting. I think they will soon die from lack of response.
“Well, now that Obama is in there, I think we’ll do OK.”
That’s not working out too well for them now-a-days.

Actually it probably was someone from Tokyo Rove’s American Crossroads operation of $8 an hour bloggers. He’s desperately/frantically trying to denigrate Palin and hurt her approval ratings with voters, working with every newspaper reporter and cable news commentator/anchor left and right, especially through fox “news”.
Sarah is like a crucifix to a vampire. Her inherent goodness causes the evil to react involuntarily.
It is a good way to read people.
I’ve found those lacking in intelligence scream out “She’s stupid!”
Those lacking in sanity scream out “She’s crazy!”
Those who have never accomplished anything scream out ‘She’s unqualified!”

You are right. The word “plenty” just came into my empty brain. I too, just try to ignore the Palin bashers.
