Juan Williams: Palin can't stand on intellectual stage with Obama
Jaun is completely correct because Sarah Palin would have to LOWER herself, act like a moron and be a LYING SCUMMY @$$hole to stand on the same "intellectual" stage with Obama.
I don't believe Sarah Palin is willing to LOWER herself like that.

Hey Juan...how “smart” is it of you to continue to suck up to the left when they’ve hosed you already. Not the brightest bulb, are you?
To: FredJake
The left and the conservatives have two very different definitions of ‘intellectual intelligence’.
Juan Williams and the rest of the left define ‘intellectual intelligence’ as regurgitating of lefty rhetoric, liberal slogans, strong emotions and a personal exploration of ‘feelings’.
Conservatives like Sarah Palin use facts as a basis for their discussions.
To: FredJake
When you put “Barack Obama is stupid” in a Google search you evidently get millions of results. Therefore, by Google standards, Sarah is smarter than Barack . . . .

0bama is clearly very intelligent and also articulate. But many intelligent people are completely wrong about so many things. Jimmy Carter is often named the most intelligent former President but he is wrong in many ways about many things.
We do not need an intellectual President. We need a patriot who will be guided by God and the Constitution.

I recall the media saying the same thing about Reagan. I also recall him mopping the stage with Jimmah Carter and Walter Mondale, two liberals who wear the supposed intellectuality on their sleeves.

The media thinks this, Palin and Obama could stand on the same stage, reading from a teleprompter, Palin could mention 57 states, Obama could mention 57 states, which one do you think they would report?

I've seen Obama speak without a teleprompter, so I have to call "false" on your assertion that he is articulate. He simply isn't.
Can you provide evidence of how he is "clearly very intelligent"? His grades at college? His track record as a lawyer? His legislative accomplishments? Anything?
To: FredJake
Juan Williams and Obummer can’t stand on the intellectual stage of
“Are you smarter than a fifth grader”
To: FredJake
I fell out of my chair when I heard Juan Williams say that.
G. W. Bush, couldn’t raise an eyebrow without the media blasting him for being a stupid buffon.
Bush; jet fighter pilot, MBA degree, successful business owner, succesful 2 term governor of Texas, kept the nation safe after the terrorist attacks. Just a few.
Please explain how Obama has demonstrated his intellectual genius.
To: FredJake
"There's nobody out there, except for Sarah Palin, who can absolutely dominate the stage, and she can't stand on the intellectual stage with Obama," He calls this journalism....but then he is still a vicious liberal who fails to see that conservatives deserve his respect because they saved him from a liberal feeding frenzy.

That’s Ok. Juan Williams can’t stand on the iltellectual stage with Carrot Top.

Kind of reminds me of the old definition of a true MBA: “a person who is often wrong, but seldom in doubt.” Hubris personified, that is barry obama.

Every time I hear this from anybody, I respond with “then let them debate”. If she can't handle it, we will all find out here first debate in either the primaries or the actual campaign. But I tend to remember just how bad Biden got shellacked and am looking forward to the last few years of growth Palin has undergone.
If nothing else, the TV stations will have a bell ringer of a night, because EVERYBODY will be watching.

Intellectual stage. Pray tell, just what is that exactly?
What I want to see is Palin on the same stage debating policy and ideology. Common sense vs. lofty lying rhetoric. Let’s see that in action. I’ve seen and felt enough damage from the supposedly ‘smart’ intellectual types in Washington, thank you.
