A DNA relationship is not necessary for one to be the “legal father”.
If Barrack 0bama Sr. is listed on 0bama’s BC; he is 0bama’s “legal father”.

There is no long form, hospital generated Birth Certificate on file in Hawaii.
Obama was born somewhere other than Hawaii.....most likely to the sound of witch doctor rattles in a Kenyan hut or some hippie commune in Washington state.
I really doubt that they do DNA to determine parentage.
USCIS, not the referenced manual determines eligibililty. The USCIS allows the naturalization of adopted children. Also, your referenced manual, for what it matters, states that an adopted child is defined as a child of the parent.
Maybe it is with the papers that hitlery found on the desk in the WH.
Uh, Obama claimed to have had an old copy of his birth certificate in his own book. If it says anyone other than Hussein Sr. is the father, then he’ll be shown as the sordid liar that he is.
Actually, Gibbs said in a presser that "we" put it on the internet, meaning him and Obamao.

He spelled his name Barak Hussein Obama.
By the way, whoever counterfeit Obama’s COLB did the same. They misspelled the name of Obama’s (alleged) father.
On the COLB, the (alleged) father’s name is spelled:
BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA
The number of flaws in that document is staggering.
Why did it appear first on Kos? (Ron, I’m just curious. Obviously you know more about all this than I do. I just wonder why if Obama released it, Kos posted it first.)
