Newsweek (?!?) Demolishes Obama Foreign Policy

In a piece from this week's Newsweek, Niall Ferguson, the Laurence A. Tisch Professor of History at Harvard University and William Ziegler Professor at Harvard Business School, totally destroys the fallacy on going that the Obama Administration's policy toward Egypt during this recent crisis was purely successful. He writes:

He was on Morning Joe this morning and called the Obama Administration a total foreign policy failure. He didn’t mince his words and left Mika speechless while grinding her teeth and Jonathan Capehart was totally stunned and muted.

Having read several of his works, the only word I can use to describe Ferguson is brilliant. I would have been very unhappy if he’d analyzed the haloed one’s policies in a positive light because it would have made my criticism of them more partisan.

This guy is a brand new columnist at NW. He has destroyed the entire leftwing media meme. And the cover is devastating (almost like he's a Repb prez). The left will be out for blood.

Niall Ferguson is nothing less than brilliant.

I’m not sure he’s trustworthy but he’s brilliant.

"America and Islam are not exclusive and need not be in competition. Instead, they overlap, and share common principles—principles of justice and progress; tolerance and the dignity of all human beings."

Those lines will come back to haunt Obama if, as cannot be ruled out, the ultimate beneficiary of his bungling in Egypt is the Muslim Brotherhood, which remains by far the best organized opposition force in the country—and wholly committed to the restoration of the caliphate and the strict application of Sharia. Would such an outcome advance "tolerance and the dignity of all human beings" in Egypt? Somehow, I don't think so.

Wow. The most amazing thing is the cover. A few cracks in the facade?

Heck, the democrats might want to adopt “luck” as a foreign policy initiative. It worked so well this time.

Imagine the campaign:

Obama: “...and, in my foreign policy initiatives, I bring a policy of “luck” because it worked wondrously in Egypt, and I “hope” to continue bringing good luck and getting good luck around the world. Along with my policy of “hope”, “luck” should help the world recover from the economic doldrum, and I’m also very “hopeful” that “luck” will bring peace around the world after I’m re-elected”.

The Jewish elite - leftists mostly - are not going to go along with Obama’s Muslim/Marxist foreign policy agenda because it endangers and targets Israel. William Krystal must be feeling like a fool today after cheer leading the Marxists’ and Muslim Brotherhood’s successful effort to topple the Egyptian government and denouncing “extremist” Beck for seeing the negative implications for the US and Israel.

This is why the left’s intellectuals and media turned on Carter once Iran fell to Islam at his behest. They will turn on The One as the Middle East continues to melt down per Soros/Obama plan, activism and desire.

It’s too late now. Obama and Soros got the Jihadist ball rolling and it’s picking up speed.

Joe: Hosni’s not a dictator

BO: TOTUS, what now?

Joe: They won’t let me talk anymore

BO: Hosni must go

Joe: I like pickles

BO: Hosni just said he’d leave in September...so...I urge him to leave in September

George: Dumb@ss, this has to happen fast, before anybody can organize a challenge to the Moozlim Bros.

BO: Oh, Hosni’s leaving two-day.

Hosni: Just to p@ss you off, I’m waiting a day.

Bo: Hosni’s gone, praise Al...never mind. The army is in charge now...its a democracy!

Egyptian Christians: We might still have time to escape the purge.

Media: Obama Success!

If Aaron Klein of WABC radio (NY) is correct Mika’s father, along with Soros and the administration is orchestrating the while thing.

Yup. Check out the International Crisis Group.

He was absolutely fantastic on Morning Joe! I stumbled across the segment while surfing between FNC and CNBC, and was amazed. He demolished every argument Joe’s shills raised, and made it clear that Bush’s foreign policy in the Mideast was superior. Best of all was his description of Obama’s entire foreign policy — “I’m not Bush and I give great speeches” — something along those lines. The Gang was left speechless.

I just watched his segment. As previously said, he destroyed Mika and the gang, as well as the Odumbo administraiton. It was quite refreshing.
