The long form from the ledger gives place, date, hospital, full name, sex, Dads full name age, birth place and occupation, Moms full name and maiden name, age, and birthplace, their marriage place and date, sex and ages of existing other children, their home address, Moms signature and identity as my mother, the registrars name and signature...
Now if in 1949 New Zealand would have all that requirement, why would the modern more progressive country of the United States and the state of Hawaii pacifically not have equal of even more ???

The HDOH is trying to give Obama an excuse for not disclosing his long-form birth certificate for the past 2 1/2 years, by just within the last month breaking their laws that require them to disclose a long-form upon request. Tells us that the HDOH is willing to break laws to give Obama a blatant yet ineffective fig leaf. Folks should not only be asking why Obama won’t disclose the long-form, but why the HDOH is willing to break so many laws in order to pretend he’s got a valid record that they know he doesn’t have.
Peter Jennings did NOT renounce his Canadian citizenship when he finally became an “American citizen” after 20 years in this country telling Americans what to think.
I suspect he did it only so he could vote AGAINST GW Bush in 2004. He said afterwards that he proudly retained his Canadian citizenship.
Such dual citizenship is NOT recognized by our government and as such, he loyalty oath was a LIE.
Well then, maybe his worm food body was repatriated back to Canada.

“I hereby declare on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen...”
Now tell me that theres such a thing as dual citizenship
