If Holder/Obama went after a Seal who shot OBL, it would literally be the end of this presidency. Holder would be run our on rails, and OBama would sink so low in the polls, Hillary would e in the race within 48 hours. That would be the biggest PR disaster in the history of the Whte House.

He may be. But there were lawyers in that room watching it unfold. Doing anything to the SEALS would certainly destroy any bump in numbers Obama gets from this, and the Dem. leadership wouldn’t allow it.

There is no way that its legal, under Pakistani law, for American troops to enter their country without a visa and shoot some old unarmed douchebag right in the face.

Yes, an old man can resist even a Navy SEAL; all he has to do is reach for a firearm. How well can he do that? Even before the news, my answer would have been "not very well", and the report is that OBL proved my answer to be right.
There is nothing unlawful in that, except for the detail of our military invading a sovereign "allied" country. I don't think anyone wants to fuss about that. We should allow the Pakistani government to save face and pretend they didn't know OBL was hiding in the same neighborhood as half their senior officers, and they should allow us to save face and ignore the detail that we invaded them. At least in public, we forgive them for their error, and they forgive us for our rudeness.

If this is true, Obama is probably looking for a way to not make himself seem ineffective. Best way to do that is throw the SEALs under the bus and make it seem like a rogue mission by a band of vigilante troops, that went without his approval.

So far, following this on twitter, I see that, OBL did NOT have a weapon, so he couldn’t have been in a firefight with Navy SEALS; OBL did NOT use a woman for a shield in that alleged un-firefight; the woman he did NOT use in the alleged un-firefight didn’t really die, it’s just a leg wound; Obama who claimed all the glory and responsibility for the whole operation and giving the team orders to KILL OBL, well, he really didn’t do that either, the Navy SEALS did it on their own initiative...holy cow, the spinning that is going on today coming out of the WH should change the direction the water flows in the northern hemisphere when you flush the toilet!!
