One of Pawlenty’s problem is that he had a charisma by pass operation, and it was a damned success!
of course, Cap and Trade is another problem too....
Boy. My response was very poorly worded. I have to put down the crack pipe now and again. I guess I should be a Johnson supporter with that type of rebuttal. LOL.
well...supporting Johnson would fit in well with the crack pipe!!!!
I like to keep my responses a little more concise. Even when the scotch bottle is opened. Johnson is just a trip. He reminds me of that tire manufacturer who ran for President in the early 90’s. He was a whacked out guy but fun to watch. I can not remember his name. His catch was he was a Harley riding guy.
Hi Lazlo,
As I wrote, there is a lot to like about Santorum’s positions, but you don’t need me to come up with a list of former presidential candidates that, despite their qualifications, were rejected because they were not liked by the public. If Senator Santorum doesn’t lose his scowl and show a real - not scripted - sense of humor he will not win.
He’s a good conservative, but that is not enough alone.
A prebate is a device associated with the Fair Tax that allows people to effectively negate paying the Fair Tax on their purchases up to a give amount (probably the poverty level).
Some of us love a fiesty debate. Rick is not scripted. He blows Conservatism out of his mouth all the time and at the wrong places. He is no Reagan. But you gotta love the hands moving all over the place selling winning ideas, at least if you are in PA.

Geez. Try selling this to the general public with that type of depth. This argument needs to be made easy and concise. It can be done but not on this issue.
My conservative candidate is more conservative than your conservative candidate. /s

Pawlenty seemed to preface many of his answers with “I did this, I did that” almost as much as Obama does.
Pawlenty is not as straightforward as Cain. At least he did admit Cap and Trade support was a mistake, but how in the world did he make the mistake in the first place, except go with the RINO flow at the time.
My choice is Cain / West and I don't care what color they are. West would be first, but he's not running.
West would make a great VP and would help with foreign affairs and military matters.
I like Bachmann, but don't think she would be as strong as Herman. I wouldn't mind Palin either, but Herman is my choice.
I loved how the Donald went after Obama, but as long as there is a stronger conservative pick will choose one of stronger conservatives.
I don't won't the Republican party's warmed over establishment picks.
Purchase of Bank Stocks Is a Win-Win for Taxpayers
This is an article by someone who clearly has missed the boat. I can't support anyone who holds these views.
I agree—these people have to appear authentic. Too much of the phony polish isn’t going to work.
Ping
I agree with every point you made
Santorum didn’t lose it. Cain did very good. Paul was very funny and Johnson was not taken seriously at all.
same here for me, His crap and trade just totally turned me off and now he is trying to back track, well sorry pal but I don’t believe or trust you so do us all a favor and disappear
