Jerome Corsi states that Obama was born in Kenya. He also claims that he is closing in on Mark Niesse as the forger of Obama's BC in Hawaii.

At the heart of that commitment is the idea that accountability is in the interest of the Government and the citizenry alike.
The Freedom of Information Act should be administered with a clear presumption: In the face of doubt, openness prevails. The Government should not keep information confidential merely because public officials might be embarrassed by disclosure, because errors and failures might be revealed, or because of speculative or abstract fears. Nondisclosure should never be based on an effort to protect the personal interests of Government officials at the expense of those they are supposed to serve. In responding to requests under the FOIA, executive branch agencies (agencies) should act promptly and in a spirit of cooperation, recognizing that such agencies are servants of the public.
All agencies should adopt a presumption in favor of disclosure, in order to renew their commitment to the principles embodied in FOIA, and to usher in a new era of open Government. The presumption of disclosure should be applied to all decisions involving FOIA.

Let’s retrace a minute. You guessed that it was NOT financially feasible to fly back and forth to Kenya in 1961 for a poor student.
I guessed right back that with a potential 98% combined Federal and State Income tax rate, it would have been feasible, only costing 2 cents on the dollar for a wealthy sponsor who was writing it off as a charitable deduction.
You guessed it wasn’t feasible. I guessed how it could reasonably have been done. I guess you need to change your mind now.

The Federal Election Commission has launched an audit into President Barack Obama's record-breaking 2008 campaign.
Individuals familiar with the campaign told Roll Call Friday that the FEC has been investigating the financial records of Obama's previous campaign. The scope of the probe, which began approximately two years ago, is unknown. Presidential audits typically take years to complete and can cost millions of dollars.
As of the end of March, Obama for America had spent nearly $3 million on legal fees since the 2008 election. In all, the president's campaign spent three times more on lawyers after Election Day than in the two years preceding it.
The lion's share of Obama’s legal spending went to Perkins Coie, a well-known Democratic legal and accounting firm. Perkins Coie is representing the Obama campaign in all major legal matters, including seven of the FEC’s known investigations involving the White House bid. In each of these cases, the FEC voted to dismiss the case or found “no reason to believe” that the Obama for America or related committees had violated any laws.
Courts issue subpoenas to the parties themselves, who then serve them. Courts, especially appellate courts do no unilaterally issue subpoenas.

With that in mind, and with the understanding that our founding document says the POTUS must be a natural born citizen, and keeping in mind that the most recent committee, on which BHO served deemed natural born to mean a person who has citizen parents at birth, how then would you describe a person who does not have citizen parents at birth?
Well, let’s rule out clones. We know they would not have citizen parents....well, wait a minute...if they are a clone of themselves, and they were a citizen at the time of their own cloning.....maybe we cannot rule out clones.
Forget about clones. Dolly is not eligible because she is a sheep and to my knowledge, we still do not have human clones, so I guess we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it.
But in regard to all humans born by natural process, who would you say fits into the category of those not having citizen parents at the time of their birth?
