Someone was incredibly busy in June 2008 working on an illegal front invisible to the public; searching and altering Supreme Court Cases published at Justia.com which cite the only case in American history - Minor v. Happersett (1875) - to directly construe Article 2 Section 1's natural-born citizen clause in determining a citizenship issue as part of its holding and precedent. In this unanimous decision, the Supreme Court defined a "native or natural-born citizen" as a person born in the US to parents who were citizens; a definition which excludes from eligibility both Barack Obama and John McCain.
In June 2008 no one was discussing Minor v. Happersett 88 US 162 (1875) with regard to Obama. In fact, those who were discussing the then Senator’s citizenship status had focused instead on his birth in Hawaii in a attempt to prove the future president was not born in the United States despite publication of the Senator’s short form computer generated Birth Certificate. It would not be until October of 2008 that Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility would be questioned as to his status as a dual citizen at the time of his birth.

There is no legal action that I know of.
That really isn’t my niche here. I have just reported on it, and was and still am witness to it. We are all witness to it now. That was the intent.
Barring major MSM involvment, it has to go viral to be seen and noticed.
This is where the internet can change things.

The question people should be asking is this: If Minor v Hapersett was so irrelevant given Wong Kim Ark, then why did Justia go to all these lengths to scrub the references to Minor v Hapersett? It’s documented that they did it, and as you said, it would take somebody who was both VERY familiar with the legal citations AND able to access and alter the Justia database. Who knew what, and when did they know it? The same questions as on Fast & Furious - and this country deserves some accurate answers to those questions.
When I started researching, I expected that the HDOH would give me reasonable answers and I could get some closure on the “place of birth” issue. It was when I saw the criminal activity being done in order to evade real, truthful answers that I realized that there is an entire criminal enterprise trying to do CYA for Obama. The more we have seen government agencies break laws to cover for Obama, the more it tells us that there is DEFINITELY something they knew they needed to cover up.
Now that clearly extends to Justia as well as multiple government agencies, law enforcement, the courts, the DNC and Hawaii Democratic Party, and the media.
Good job pursuing and reporting this. It will be interesting to see what Justia claims. I suspect it will sound a little bit like Eric Holder (and everybody else who has done CYA for Obama). I’d love it if somebody started issuing subpoenas for the Justia folks as well...

I thought is odd at the time and then got caught up in the eligibility issue and it jogged my memory.
I know she said that and combined with Barry receiving SS coverage so early I know this whole thing was a put up.

You could always look at the Google cache for the site(s)/URL(s) in question, because it (Google's crawler) sometimes ignores the robots.txt file. You could also search with Google using the term "robots.txt disallow" sans quotes, or use that term in whatever search engine you prefer (if you eschew Google for whatever reason) to get the same info.

It seems many Veterans organizations are organizing and preparing to join together in Washington, DC at the Washington Monument at 0600 on the morning of Veterans Day 11/11/11. They expect thousands of veterans along with high ranking officers to be there to peacefully present their declaration to Congress. Their goal is to present their Declaration To Restore the Constitutional Republic. They will demand the resignation of Obama and his Administration or his impeachment for fraud and crimes against the American people. Reasons are many and listed in the Declaration, top among them Obama’s lack of Constitutional qualifications to be Commander in Chief.

This is the same sort of manipulation I found at the National Archives in 2004 when I was looking into the records of the Vietnam Veterans Against the War's "Winter Soldier" conference. All the summary documents showing the results of the Army investigations into the VVAW's war crimes allegations had vanished.

You do realize you have just given plausible deniability to all of the legislators and bureaucrats in FedGov, as they can all claim that they relied on Justia to refute the complaints of We the People? As noted, we commoners do not have access to Lexis or WestLaw or any other verified and valid compilation of cases. However, in no way does that excuse any of the lawyers or judges - especially the Supreme Court judges - from doing their own "due diligence" and checking the basics from the citations they were given, where Minor v. Happersett was listed and referenced correctly.
