. . . just as we elected John McCain because it was his turn in 2008. And you will see a move within the Party hierarchy to nominate Newt Gingrich as we move into the primary season.

None of these candidates is ideal, but by far the only one out there who is willing to stand against the established power structure is Herman Cain. The only weakness the left (i.e. the MSM) has pointed out against Cain is that he has no foreign policy experience. But as long as he knows not to bow to the Chinese Premier or the Saudi King (or the Mayor of Tampa), he's fully qualified as far as I'm concerned.

Believe me, they are reeling from their folly. The dems play the same old same old.

They thought they could do it again.

They are wrong. Their playbook is outdated and we have updated ours.

Cockyness catches up with you and it has caught up to them.

Only the GOP elites are willing to play by their rules.

Us, conservatives, we are ready to wallow in the BS to prove they are idiots.

“Oh boy...some of you people give waaay too much credit to Palin and Cain.”

They are not crediting Cain or Palin. The Democrats, if you listen, will tell you who they are in political fear of. It is clear from the Democrat’s actions and those of their supporters in the MSM, that both Palin and Cain are threats to their applecart.

To dismiss this obvious truth is naive at best.

“. . just as we elected John McCain because it was his turn in 2008. “

Just as with Dole in 1996, McCain was put forward (as you said, because it was his turn) to lose gracefully to Clinton - because it was *her* turn... (The pre-determined Media narrative..)

Then, the Dims pulled the switcheroo with Obama, and the Stupid Party couldn’t pivot fast enough...

Oops.....

I wish I had as much confidence as you that the people who will ultimately decide the election know what it’s all about.

You must check out Ann Coulter’s column this week. (I imagine you already have)

Well, you have to have confidence in someone. If Obama wins it is all over anyway.

So, how cowardly are you?

Go for broke and go bold. People love winners. Be ONE!

These people are not going away. They’re going to keep on going until he can’t stand any longer. If it’s not sexual harrassment charges, then it will be something else. Look what they did to Sarah Palin. They are unrelenting until they get what they want. And they want Cain out of the race.

******

Something tells me, though, that Cain can weather a LOT more. This one was bad — I can’t even imagine what it’s doing to his family and home life .. .but he’s still standing strong. He’s a tough old guy — look at what he’s been through — grew up during segregation, child of poor black parents, a self made man. You don’t obtain his type of success against THOSE odds without being TOUGH as nails.

And so many are now just keen to what the liberal distrustful media is all about, In fact, I really don’t even BELIEVE half of what they report about anything anymore. They are a JOKE. More Americans know this. Not much is going to stick next time they try it ....we’re onto them.

I’m just talking about the Democrat operatives not being stupid. I think it’s self-evident that they are not. If they had control over this story I think they would sit on it for now and no I don’t think they are shaking in their boots over Cain. That’s just a conservative wet-dream.

All I can say to you is that you have a wet dream for their side to be on top.

You are wrong.

They would never have done this in a primary.

Why do that when you can do all this against Cain in the general election?

They want Cain out early. Why? Because their strategy is to run against the rich Rockefeller Repub Mitt Romney, the embodiment of the rich white selfish silver spoon guy who represents very few Conservatives and none of them, except Wall Street.

If you don’t get that, you need some study up.

They have nothing to gain to show their cards now. There’s too much time to prove it false. Right before the election..maybe two weeks, three weeks. They could count on the media (unlike the Republicans) and they know it. Sorry, it’s just BS.

You were wrong in your first sentence. So I will ignore you. If you don’t get it, I don’t care. You make no sense.

Okay, I'll make it simple...so why do you think Cain and Palin were/are attacked so viciously by the press? Not trying to be funny, just trying to understand.

” There’s too much time to prove it false. “

The ‘truth’ of these claims isn’t the object - the desired result is to sucker Cain into going off-message and get mired in the Media game of accusation-denial-accusation-’apology’ — a game which he, like all others before him, will surely lose...

So far, Cain has resisted the game, earning my admiration...

(By the way - I don’t have a dog in your fight about “Dem originated” vs “Pubbie originated”... There’s been accusations of both, but not enough hard evidence that I’ve seen yet to choose between ‘em...)

Obviously the press hates Cain and Palin but this doesn’t really have anything to do with what I said or your question.

It doesn’t make sense that it would be Democratic operatives. I don’t think such critters are stupid and the smart thing would have been to keep this one in the bag for now

Oh yes, it does. Obama's whole MO is to take out the opposition before an election. He did it first with Alice Palmer, his opponent in the race of the Ill. senate by disqualifying her petitions. When he ran for the U. S. Senate his allies dug up "sealed" divorce papers involving his DemonRat primary opponent, forcing that man out. Finally, to ice the cake, they did the same thing to Jerry Ryan, his opponent in the general election.

They want leave us with nobody but Mittens and are trying to bump off every one of his conservative opponents before the primaries.

Agreed. So, who has the most to gain by a scandal hitting just before the GOP caucuses and primaries begin? Mitt.

I would say Bachmann. After Cain she is the most conservative left, but I think she learned her lesson when she came up with the sob story about how Perry's mandatory vaccinations caused brain damage.

As I’m sitting here reading through all of this, I am picturing Obommie the Commie and Cain up on stage debating. I can see no scenario where Obama comes out looking like anything but the phony usurper that he is.
