Per the U.S. Constitution, one must be a natural born U.S. citizen in order to be eligible to the presidency.
Article 2 Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution:
“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
Natural born citizen defined in Minor vs, Hapersett case :
““Additions might always be made to the citizenship of the United States in two ways: first, by birth, and second, by naturalization.
This is apparent from the Constitution itself, for it provides that ‘No person except a natural-born citizen or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of the Constitution shall be eligible to the office of President,’ …

Both sets of 0’s parents & birth locations fail the test:
Mal X & Val Saruff: U.S. citizen dad, unwed British citizen mom, kid born in Canada (or overseas in Britain or elsewhere).
BHO Sr & SADO: British citizen dad, underage U.S. citizen mom, kid born Kenya (or Canada).
He could only have had one set of parents. Who they were is the question.

Something I’ve been meaning to ask you, do you recall the discussion we had some time ago about the scans from Mark’s book you posted?
They are on yellow paper.
When I commented that I was surprised Mark would publish a book on yellow paper, you indicated that the yellow paper was due to what you used to print the scans on.
Trying to identify people, adults or children, without being able to discern their skin tones, which are masked by the yellow paper, is a handicap.
Is it possible for you to supply the same images in black and white, by printing them out on white paper?

No disruption imo. Good question. There’s something that sets your man apart from this discussion. Although potentially not eligible, he has one major attribute; you know who his mother and father are, where he was born, and what he was named at birth.
