The Anti-Christ Liberal Main-Stream-Media wants to FORCE "Christians" to accept the BLASPHEMY of Mormonism and Islam ....

=====================================

There's a BIG difference between "Protestant vs. Catholic" theology ...

versus "Christian vs. Mormon" theology ...

Mormonism is really just a COMBINATION of Islam and Scientology ... they BOTH believe ...

1) Abraham and Christ "just good 'ol boys" ...

2) Multiple Wives are OK (wink, wink, fellas !)

3) We all just "Celestial Gods" in waiting ... for that "special" M-Class planet that "god" (whoever the heck is) has reserved for us ...

4) Drum Roll ....

4-A) Christ is just a "good guy" ... Christ DID NOT resuurect from the dead, and he is NOT the Sacrificial Lamb of God, who sits Perfect, Righteous and the right hand of God the Father ...
Mormons and Scientolgists and Islamics DO NOT believe that ...
"There is No Other name under heaven whereby men can be saved, except Jesus Christ"

4-B) Christ, whose shed blood on Calvary's cross was the (Old Testament) atonement for Mankind's sins and transgressions ... against a holy eternal YAHWEH who is the "Uncreated Creator" ...

Myself, Billy Graham, James Dobson, Martin Luther, St. Augustine, Newt Gingich, Chuck Swindoll, Rick Santorum, Mother Theresa ... all believe 4-B ... hence we are "Christians" ...

Mormon "Archbishop Willard Romney" believes 4-A ... hence he is NOT (NEVER) a "Christian" ...

Any more than Buddah, Socrates, Neistche, Mohammed, L. Ron Hubbard ... or that fraud "prophet" Joseph Smith ... who sits today ... burning in Hell's Eternal Fire ...

Period.

=====================================

Again ... the Anti-Christ Liberal Main-Stream-Media wants to FORCE "Christians" to accept the BLASPHEMY of Mormonism and Islam ....

=====================================

Would you vote for a (practicing) "Islamic" to U.S. President ?

"No" ... you reply ...

Would you vote for a (practicing) "Scientologist" to U.S. President ?

"No" ... you reply ...

THEN WHY ... would you vote for a (practicing) "Mormon" to U.S. President ?

=====================================

We live in America ... and every U.S. Citizen of every RELIGIOUS FAITH ....

has the Constritutional Right to vote for WHOEVER they please ...

be they Atheists, Pagans, Wiccans, Baptists, Catholics, Buddists, Mormons ... whatever ...

=====================================

However ... I REFUSE TO ACCEPT the Nazi-Style Propaganda that "Mormon Archbishop Willard Romney" is a Christian ... under ANY circumstances !

What say "you" ?????

Who will stand with me, as I stand with Christ ... today ?

There is no hatred of Mormons amongst those of us who understand Mormonism.

If I truly hated my brother, I would let him waltz through the gates of hell without nary a word from me. You may want to look in the bible as to verses on false teachings and teachers as well...

As far as the rest, I have been both a Methodist and a Orthodox church member. I find an open heart and loving Christ in both.

They may not murder little girls but they marry them. And I have my beliefs (from experience) of some other sick stuff they do. Now, you can say that’s the “extremist” version of mormonism. Sorta’ like the “extremist” version of islam. mmmmm

>>Despising Obama (The Kenyan) may FORCE me to vote for Willard ... while I vomit outside the voting booth ...

I think we’re on the same page on this. I hate the GOP-E for imposing this choice on us and I pray that we stay angry after the election (even if we take the House, Senate, and WH) and start creating a third party that is viable and not just a subset of the GOP. We need to attract working Democrats who don’t beleive in Obama’s vision of godless slavery to the state, as well as Conservative Republicans who are tired of being kept on the plantation while northeast elites choose what is “best” for us.

But on religion, my God lives inside me and I live in Him and no Mormon or Muslim can take that from me.

Escape is undoubtedly one of the most bizarre memoirs you are ever likely to read. It is small wonder that it quickly made its mark on the New York Times list of bestsellers.

Written by Carolyn Jessop, a woman who was born into the Fundamentalist Lattery Day Saints (FLDS), the book describes what it is like to live as part of this cult which is distinctive primarily for its beliefs about polygamy.

The FLDS, which emerged in the 1930s as a fundamentalist offshoot of the Mormon church, holds that God has ordained polygamy and not only that, but that it is a requirement for anyone who wishes to attain the highest level of heaven.

Most men eventually have at least three wives, with more prominent members of the cult holding far more than that. Some of the leaders are believed to have fifty, sixty, or even one hundred wives.

Women are generally placed with husbands at the whim of the cult's leader (who claims to receive divine guidance about which women belong with certain men). There are around 10,000 adherents to this cult living in the United States today.

Jessop was born into a family that eventually had two wives but one that, compared to others in the community, seemed almost normal.

When she was just eighteen, though, she was assigned to become the fourth wife of a fifty-five year old man. While she was married to him he added two more wives and later went on to add five or six more.

Through fifteen years of marriage, Jessop gave birth to eight children. Through her marriage she suffered constant abuse at the hands of her husband, his other wives, and other members of the community.

Though for much of her life she believed the claims of the FLDS religion, she eventually began to see through its hypocrisy and decided that, for the good of herself and her children, she would need to escape from it.

Escape from FLDS is not easy. Their tight-knit communities have immense power and wealth. Even the local police officers are members of the cult and will not support a wife who seeks to emancipate herself or her family. Until Jessop, no woman had managed to escape the clutches of the cult with all of her children. Jessop, though, ran from the cult and fought against it in the courts, eventually winning full custody of her eight children. This was no small victory. In fact, it was worth telling in a book.

While the book is a definite page-turner (as both my wife and I can attest) it is not always easy to read. The descriptions of life in the FLDS are at times horrific. There were several areas that I found particularly interesting.

Jessop is frank (though not vulgar or graphic) in her discussions about sexuality within her plural marriage and well she needs to be, for sex plays a strange but crucial role in these marriages.

Though the women generally hate their husbands, they still want to have sex with him--not for the sake of love or intimacy, but because sex is power. The wife who gains sexual favor with her husband is the wife who can use him to further her own desires. Often these desires pit her against the other wives.

It is an odd situation where wives who hate their husband seek to have sex (which they hate) with their husband (whom they hate) so they can further their hate-filled plans towards each other. So much, then, for the idealized content of "sister wives" that the cult seeks to portray to the world.

This book and its description of life within plural marriage shows that marriage--marriage as given to us in the Bible--serves as protection for women.

When people ignore biblically-ordained marriage, women immediately lose the protection it affords. They quickly become subservient to men.

The women always lose out.

Perhaps the most shocking thing to remember while reading the book is that it takes place in twenty-first century America. This is not fundamentalist Islam in the Middle East; this is not the earliest days of Mormonism.

This is happening in the very heart of America--women are treated like cattle, used to breed children and bought, sold and traded like so many goods. In America. It is almost unbelievable.

While the FLDS is hardly an accurate representation of average religion and bears little resemblance to Christianity or even to Mormonism, this portrayal is increasingly what people think of when they think about religion.

More and more people are becoming convinced that all religion tends towards extremism and a book like this may just fuel those fires. This story is awful to read, but it is written well and is for some reason quite fascinating.

Well, I think your format should be different when presenting this information.
mormonISM is NOT Christianity.
mormonISM teaches a created and progressed christ.
mormonISM teaches a progressed god.
mormonISM is an anti-Christ cult.

Women in Mormonism

Women in Mormonism are not allowed to hold any priesthood power or major authority positions in the Mormon Church, excluding Relief Society and lower Church callings.

Mormon women are often thought of as second class citizens in Mormonism. Men in Mormonism make all of the desicions from the top hiearchy of the LDS Church from the Prophet down to the Bishops.

Even though women are allowed to run the Relief Society, they must still be responsible to men. All decisions are made by men regardless.

The Perfect Mormon Woman"

There is an obituary for Dantzel White Nelson, wife of apostle Russel M. Nelson, in [the] Salt Lake Tribune that has really set me off!

I don't want to be judgemental of her or the decisions she made any more than I want to judge anyone else. It is the message contained in the article that has triggered old memories and feelings. A few excerpts from the article:

"Nelson died suddenly but peacefully...while holding hands with Russell Nelson, her husband of almost 60 years. [She was 79.]...Though married to a heart surgeon and LDS apostle...she developed no airs, no pretenses, no judgments, no boundaries....

Dantzel had been accepted to the Julliard School of Music in New York, but marriage changed all that....And the babies kept coming. Nine of them. All girls.

But Nelson always knew she would have a boy....Russell M. Nelson Jr. was born on March 21, 1972. In...30 plus years [her neighbor] said she has never seen Dantzel Nelson get angry. Nor complain, even after a five-year bout of cancer and ongoing heart trouble. Nelson went quietly about mothering 10 children, 56 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren....

Given the number of her posterity, Hinckley said, "Dantzel will become a legend to the generations that follow."

I don't wish to detract from all that this amazing woman did for others, but what does it tell Mormon women about what they are valued for?

Marrying young:

Giving up opportunities to develop talents for husband and family

Having 10 children, and continuing to bear children until you get a son

Having NO BOUNDARIES

Never getting angry or complaining

The NUMBER of your posterity

The Role of Women in Mormonism - Very troubling. How did you deal with this as a Mormon?

1. There is no place in the hierarchy for women in the Mormon Church. All women serve under the men. They can never officiate in any ordinance or assist in any way. They cannot even hold their own baby to give it a name and a blessing.

2. No real redress - They have no real voice or redress if it conflicts with a man in authority. Just try it and find out. They might talk big about it, but in reality, it does not exist. Even getting an apology, or acceptance of responsibility from a male is almost always impossible, if a female has been wronged in any way.

3. Secondary to men and even young boys - The position of women in the church is as a "help meet" and and a lot of lip service is given to women's greater "spirituality" however, that is just a way of attempting to make them believe they are as equal and just as important as men. It is a feeble attempt at depreciation by the males to say that women are "more spiritual."

4. Obedience to men never women - In theory the teachings/doctrine makes a grand attempt to make women equal to men.

In reality, there is no equality. Even though the women wear the "holy garment of the priesthood." which means they hold the priesthood, only as a priestess to a male, but do not officiate, just as the men do, and a man cannot be exalted to the highest degree of the Celestial Kingdom without a woman her place is secondary and may include other women as Celestial Marriage is Plurality of Wives.

Women are to obey the Lord (obedience is the first law of heaven and earth),obey the Priesthood leadership, obey their husbands as they are the Priesthood holders, and obey male leadership in the home (which, technically can be a 12 year old Deacon- on up), etc.

Now to the crux of the matter: the doctrine of obedience is a higher doctrine than equality. Love, in Mormonism is conditional, based on obedience.

Women are not just second class in Mormonism, they are technically third class -- below the Aaronic Priesthood, which is often their sons!

5. Polygamy as a law of heaven is demeaning - Polygamy is seen as the worse disrespect of women and children and feeds into making women obedient, brood-mare slaves.

6. Role of women as mothers - Women are to be the mothers and the men are are to officiate in the priesthood.

They are told that this is how Heavenly Father wants it. There is some lip service given to the notion that women are "more spiritual" than men and often given some level of appreciation for their "worthiness" by the leaders.

7. Control of her sexuality - Females in the Mormon Church are expected to be chaste which means she is non-sexual unless married in their only accepted fashion.

The general teaching is that she would give up her life to protect her vagina from unwanted intrusion.

A typical male Priesthood leader (father, son, etc) is often heard to say: rather she come home in a pine box than be raped.

8. Men must give approval for a woman to have a "calling" - A woman's husband or father is consulted first before a calling is extended to a female.

9.Confession by females to males - A female is commanded to confess her sins and transgressions to a male - husband, bishop, stake presidency, regional representatives, etc, never the other way around.

Or supporting of the homosexual agenda?
Or government mandated health insurance?
Pimp for Romney if you want, just don’t be deceptive about it.

So apparently not only do you nothing know anything about the mormonISM you defend but you also do not know anything about the Bible.
We are to call out false prophets.
We are to judge everything against the Word of God.
It dose not matter how nice mormons appear to be, mormonISM is blasphemy against the Word of God.
Stop defending that blasphemy.

The problem is that Mormonism was created to destroy Christians, they send out 10s of thousands of trained deceivers to wear Christian cloaks and to trick and seduce Christians away from their Christian faith.

Christians have to take a stand in the public place and always educate the public about the Mormon attack they are under, and now the political party that is the home for most Christians, is on the verge of becoming headed by a Mormon cult leader.

You should be helping to shine the light on Mormonism, and Bishop Mitt Romney, not trying to conceal it by trying to hush Christians.

I am very familiar with the full name of the LDS. Indeed it is one of my most basic issues that I have with them. I can put the name of Jesus on the outside of a Buddhist temple, doesn't make those inside Christians.

There are no lies in what Patton posted. Mormons are not Christians, they use (and abuse and misrepresent) his name, and can call themselves anything they want but in the way of the One True Christ, they are apart from him.

One caveat to that, though. In using the term "Christian" which is actually reasonably new for the LDS (marketing, its a great "brand name" overseas) expect to be called by Real Christians of every stripe on that once they know the truth.
