By my own admission he is ineligible according to birther theories. I fail to see what you're getting at or why this is worth pointing out.

NBC=two citizen parents. Whatever the current perverted “maxim” is, it does not, and cannot, circumvent the Constitution. I don’t care how many so called conservatives, or judges, or socialists, or commies, seek to redefine NBC, NBC is what it is. To be eligible to serve as POTUS, it takes TWO citizen parents.
To date, the Constitution as not been amended to change this clause. Until it is amended, it remains the law of the land, which requires the POTUS to have TWO citizen parents in order to be eligible to serve as POTUS.

Regardless, it doesn’t matter what every judge in the country thinks. NBC is a national issue, and must be resolved at the national level. States cannot alter the US Constitution. Nor can any court alter the US Constitution.
The Constitution is not being altered.
James Madison, Father of the Constitution, states clearly that Congress has the power to define Citizenship.
The founders did not agree with your definitions.
No other member of Congress rose, to oppose James Madison, when Madison stated that PLACE OF BIRTH was the primary thing that matters, in America.
And, of course, if any elected official, in the entire country, agreed with you birthers, we would have heard about it by now.
