I have been to Hawaii. I don't buy it.

Conspiracies have a way of unraveling: People get drunk, egos get bruised, journals and diaries get written, people simply cannot keep secrets, pillow talk, memoranda turn up, some documents do not get shredded, one conspirator turns. Since it appears that there may finally be documentary evidence to the contrary available for public scrutiny, his next deflection will be that in 2008 the repubs nominated someone (Juan McCain) who wasn’t born in the US either, so denying Obama the chance to become president would be racist.

Hawaii had for 3 years denied that there was a lfbc on file, and then said there was something half-typed and half hand written. Was that what was released on April 27th of last year?

Secondly, Zullo (lead investigator for Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse) can demonstrate that foreign births were also placed in those newspaper announcements as well as 3 year olds that were regiatered as newborns in HI andsubsequently oublished in the newspaper announcements. Which leads to the suspicion that Obama was indeed foreign born.

Lots of people have been to Hawaii. That does not make them including you experts on how things are done there.

And to counter your speculation that people would be talking, there have been such. Several people have, the former elections official, the retired health official. People are talking but you are not hearing or reading. Why is that? Was Sheriff Joe blowing smoke when he said there was a news blackout? Did you know that Zullo found in the newspaper that announced Obama’s birth that one of the other birth announcements was 3 years old at the time? Or another who had been born outside Hawaii? Heard any of that and so much more? Why is that?

Livable jobs are hard to come by in Hawaii, especially government jobs. When you work in government there, you keep your mouth shut and learn how to look like a reptile.

You think such conspiracy Omerta cultures can’t exist? Look at another documented example: Morton-Thiokol in the 1986 Challenger Investigation. Everyone in that company was on the same page to keep silent else lose their job. It wasn’t until certain company managers were hauled before Congress and threatened with contempt that they broke the code and let the truth out.

Don’t be naive, Hawaii has circled the wagons. Obama is a brah for now. Oh, they will give him up when the political winds shift or when the investigation can no longer be ignored. That process is happening now.

I could quite as easily say, "don't be a conspiracy nut job" and I don't think you would like it very much and quite properly so because it does not advance the argument while it would be condescending.

We have only this bit of difference in dispute, I don't think the existence of a conspiracy is credible and you do. One of us is right and one of us is wrong but that does not make either of us naïve or a nut job.

According to the INS, Certificates of Citizenship are issued upon arrival in the U.S. to those who have acquired statutory citizenship (not natural-born citizenship) by birth to at least one U.S. citizen parent within the previous year while that parent(s) was temporarily in another country. COC are notifications provided by the American Consulate Service, via the INS, to individuals born to at least one U.S. citizen abroad in order to provide interim citizen alien status while immigration status is processed and secured. COC are not issued to natural-born citizens or children born to non-U.S. citizen parents arriving in the U.S., nor are COC received through the same process as required for naturalized citizenship, according to the INS.
