If Zimmerman left the safety of his truck to go after a guy leaving his area, whether walking or running, is proof that Zimmerman was not being threatened.
Not at that point.
Zimmerman has no probable cause to go after Martin.
He’s an observer. No probable cause needed.
If Zimmerman never caught Martin, how could there have been a fight.
Martin caught Zimmerman?
You really need to read the phone call transcripts, police reports, and witness statements. You don’t seem to have much understanding of the events that transpired.
If Zimmerman goes to trial, Zimmerman will get to expose Martin with any “discovery” available to him.
Wrong.
I can follow anyone I want to follow, and that person does not have the right to attack me.
