No, '68 --the year of my birth was pretty bad. JFK and MLK gunned down. Rioters were burning down cities. The Vietnam War became unwinnable --despite winning the Tet Offensive. We had a President who declined running for re-election. The country was tearing apart at the seams in 1968. Yet, somehow, we persevered.

I’ve been hearing the same “martial law” prediction for the last 25 years - as long as I’ve been aware of national politics to this degree. Nada.
We held orderly elections during a full-on civil war, world wars, and national crises equivalent to any Barry could concoct.
Three years ago the “tea party” converged 1-2 million people on DC with just 3 days’ notice.
If _any_ sitting President “cancels” elections we’d see that many there overnight.
Thing is...Leftists have learned. They won’t pull the straight-up crap expected. They’ve learned to veil actions just enough to confuse their opponents. Witness what just happened: the Supreme Court just gave the President unlimited power, and we’re all just bickering among ourselves.
