Obama Campaign calls for Poll Watch Volunteers

Despite Republican attempts to shift the election law landscape, there have been incredible victories this year to expand voting rights [to illegal aliens, dead people, and fictional characters like Mickey Mouse], especially in Pennsylvania.

For our campaign, it’s about protecting that right to actively participate in our democratic system of electing our leaders.

That’s why we’re assembling an all-star team of volunteers [such as thugs armed with billy clubs], dedicated to making sure voters across Pennsylvania get to cast their ballots on Election Day [unless they look like Republicans, especially in Philadelphia].

Will you join the ranks of the Pennsylvania Poll Watcher volunteers?

Poll watchers, who’ll be stationed inside high priority polling locations, will help make sure everyone can vote without difficulty, [intimidate Republicans,] and report any issues immediately.

You’ll help people know, for example, that if you’re standing in line at 8:00 p.m. when the polls close, you can still cast your ballot [even if you voted earlier in the day, and under a different identity].

This is just a small example of how well-trained poll watchers can help make sure everyone can exercise their right to vote [whether living or dead, and citizen or noncitizen].

So on Election Day, stand up to defend democracy, defend your [Obama Democratic] neighbors’ rights, and volunteer as a poll watcher:

We’ve already been told that we will most likely have poll watchers at our voting places in our county in PA. I am not thrilled, as we have limited space as it is for us, the election committee and our voters. I just hope everything goes well.

Volunteer for Romney’s “Project Orca” which is poll watching on steroids. Volunteers provide updates of who has voted through their smartphones to Romney’s election headquarters - which uses the data to focus its get out the vote efforts on those likely Romney voters who haven’t shown up yet instead of wasting time calling people who have already voted (information will already be updated with absentee and early voting data as of election day morning). Will also enable quick reporting of “irregularities.”

I’ll be working a voting location in Ohio, should be interesting.
