Does outspoken Obama supporter Gloria Allred really have an “October surprise” in the works that will sabotage Mitt Romney’s run for the White House, or is the rumor, first published by the Drudge Report, all wet? Inquiring minds want to know.
Another website named The Red Side of Life, Conservative Musings from New York is quoted as having written:
Don’t underestimate Gloria Allred’s ability to inflict damage. The media will ‘eat up’ anything she feeds them and turn it into an endless scandal. Recall she took down Cain and RINO Whitman with NO EVIDENCE.
“he was abusive, with an undiagnosed bipolar disorder”
If the disorder was “undiagnosed”, then nobody knows he actually had one. Still, if it validates Allred’s perspective on life, i.e., that all women are victimes, I’m sure it works for her and furthers her career.
Just the claim that there is dirt causes speculation among the chattering crowd and then they chatter becomes rumor and the rumor gets heard as fact.
Allred doesn’t really need to say anything anymore. She just has to be reported as having dirt.
The only immediate way to staunch a “dirt dump” is to respond with an “in kind” dirt dump.
Find a credible witness that will claim Obama had a homo affair. That’s the way to respond to sexual dirt.
Abortion dirt: find a woman who will claim Obama sexually harrassed her.

The October surprise, though, will be the October unemployment report that will show UE3 down to 7.5% or less. AND there will already be a huge media buy and media frenzy to go along with it.
Proof:
1. Gallup mid-month report shows 7.3%
2. Huge part-time hiring by big boxes like Target. Target says to triple seasonal hiring last month. WalMart head one of Obama’s bundlers. Discounts do better in bad economy that the upper scale departments.
3. Obama’s “plan” released yesterday was entitled “Jobs”
4. Obama’s current ad is “things are rebounding, don’t change now.”
5. This will hit the last weekend and is aimed specifically at Ohio, wisconsin, PA, MI, IA etc., rust-belt states.
My sense is that Alred is a diversion. My sense is that Trump is prepared to counter her as soon as she announces, if she does.
The new Bengazi revelation last night should put additional heat on Obama.
Finally, Alan Colmes, on Bill O’Reilly had a paper in hand in which some CIA traffic had asserted a problem with “the video”. This, I think, was what Obama had intended to use against Romney in Monday night’s debate. It would have blunted any attempt by Romney to nail Obama to the wall with Bengazi.
Romney turns out to have been wise not to step into that trap, and with the news that EVERYONE knew real time of the attack on the embassy, there is no justification for not sending a readiness team to Bengazi to save those guys.
Van Susteran reported last night that a readiness team in Italy, only 450 miles away could have arrived in about an hour in what turned out to be a 7 hour ordeal. Bret Baier’s docu-report demonstrated that the 2 seals, I believe, did not die until close to the end of the engagement. I don’t believe they pinpointed the time of Ambassador Stevens’ death.
Obama went to bed. Then he took a trip to Vegas. Apparently, what happens in Vegas doesn’t stay in Vegas.

Gloria is working on it. It doesn’t even have to be anything at all. It can be something totally innocuous or even favorable to Romney. Whatever it is will be blared with extreme horror and indignation and shock, etc. The effect on the vote will be from the publicity and the feigned shock, not the reality of anything. People still think that if the press is horrified about something then it is something very bad. It can be the revelation that Romney once watched his son play Little League baseball.
Eventually, there will be nothing for it but war.

“Which one do you think the media will give more coverage to? Obama and Benghazi, or whatever Gloria Allred has to say?”
In a sane world, it would be Benghazi. That’s a big “if,” but I also think that Cain’s attack may be her last success. That’s still relatively fresh in people’s minds, so this may be seen as overkill.
