In this morning’s piece, Coach is Right suggested that Mitt Romney’s surge in Pennsylvania caught Barack Obama’s election team flat footed. And it looks like Dick Morris agrees, although he puts his argument in a different way.
As Morris sees it, “team Obama was so focused on the swing states that they ignored the semi-swing states which could come into play.” (1) Certainly it never occurred to Obama that he might be required to allocate campaign resources to the very blue, very union oriented state of Pennsylvania. After all, he had won the state by a 10 point margin, 54-44, in 2008. Clearly it would be best to pay attention to REAL swing states like Virginia, Ohio, Florida and Iowa.

That loss belongs to Obama...hook, line and sinker. And there was absolutely no logical reasoning behind it. If wind and solar wants to come along...so be it....but you can't lock out other energy sources. NEVER EVER!

That’s what I’m saying. The Somalis having an interpreter is a pretty good sign that they are not US citizens.
I am sure that they have had plenty of time to get the cheating game going. In fact in a state Like PA it is self sustaining realty. It was going to happen automatically. It is a part of the culture in the big cities there.
The democrats cheat on such a grand scale that it really could be their ticket to win this thing and put Obama back in. This is why they have fiercely protected the mechanism that they set up to make it easy to cheat. If Obama wins then it will have been the cheating that made it possible.
Read this to get an ideal of the scale of the cheating that goes on. I realize that a lot of people don’t believe in the WHI stuff. But it has proven to be as real as anything else.

zero quit a year ago, IMO .. and the only excitement has come from his handlers, the LSM and a few fans.

I agree with you on the fraud thing and if Obama wins because of it I want to do something about it but don’t know what I can do. I feel like a Jew or even a decent German before it all went down over there. People ask why didn’t the people do anything to stop it and I’ve read about it being gradual and the denial of the people until it was too late.

I was at a ballroom dance event in Harrisburg tonight and went to dinner at the restaurant there. As luck would have it sitting across from me was a family Mom, Dad, and two young adults...perhaps their kids. I overhear the conversation. Some of the things I heard were. Mom says “Tea Party Idiots”, “I hate Chris Christi” “I hate Tom Corbett” (R gov of Pa). The young adult says “There is only one reason that I’m voting for Obama and that’s because he got Bin Laden”. And the father says, “Pennsylvania is a lock because there will be 500,000 votes coming out of Philadelphia”. I am listening to this and couldn’t keep my mouth shut. So I say to the young male, “Obama didn’t get bin Laden the navy seals did” It was like I poked a hornets nest. A storm of invective was sent my way. Husband: “I don’t listen to Rush Limbaugh or watch Fox news I use my brain” “Romney is an elitist” “He doesn’t care about half the country”,”Republicans trying to suppress the vote with voter id”, “My disabled sister shouldn’t need a voter id”. Wife: “Look at the video ( the 47% video) that proves he doesn’t care”, mockingly laughing at me “hahahahaha the liberal media right hahahahaha” .
My responses as calmly as i could was to ask about Benghazi ...no reply. To ask if they knew of the Alabama utility company who drove up to New Jersey to offer help with the power outages but turned back because they were not union... no reply. Asked husband where he got his news? He said many different places. He kept repeating that PA is a lock because there will be 500,000 votes coming out of Philadelphia. I asked him where he works....he works for the labor department...gee fancy that.
Meanwhile in the booth next to this family was a couple, who became my back up. They were definitely urging me on. In fact when the husband said he doesn’t watch fox news....the guy said maybe you should.
Anyhow the conversation died down. They stopped paying attention to me. I tried once to get the attention of the wife but she wouldn’t acknowledge me. Here comes I wish i could have said this alert. If i could have talked to her I would have said, “Ma’am you mentioned Tea Party idiots. I have an IQ close to the mensa ranch. So you remember that the next time you spew your bigoted hatred” (That line was well rehearsed on my drive home) When they were leaving I said trying to be friendly, “Have a good rest of your evening” They just ignored me.
I chatted with the couple in the next booth. They told me they were from Western Pennsylvania. And all of Western Pa is for Romney except perhaps for Pittsburgh. That they had never seen anything like it before. They also told me they have a friend from the CIA and that if he heard what this family in the next booth was saying he would have pulled a chair up to their booth and started a conversation.

Thanks very much for your story from Harrisburg. It gives me a lot of hope. I have a few friends and relatives in Philly and probably only see the bleak side of things. I hate the phrase “We still have a few precincts in Philadelphia left to report...” (You can substitute any liberal enclave in a closely-split state here: St. Louis, etc. - they all seem to “report late”). LBJ knew why. Kennedy knew why. But I am encouraged now more than before.
