Citing voter fraud, petition at White House web site demands recount of election
Examiner ^ | 11/10/2012 | JOE NEWBY

Citing allegations of voter fraud, a petition posted Saturday at the White House "We the People" web site demands a recount of Tuesday's election.

"In one county alone in Ohio, which was a battleground state, President Obama received 106,258 votes...but there were only 98,213 eligible voters. It's not humanly possible to get 108% of the vote," the petition says.

According to the petition, if voter ID laws had been in place across the country, a recount would be unnecessary.

A post at American Third Position says that Obama lost every state that required photo ID, but the National Conference of State Legislatures says that Michigan law requires voters to "show a photo ID or sign an affidavit attesting that he or she is not in possession of photo identification." Obama won Michigan in Tuesday's election.

Obama also won New Hampshire and Hawaii. Both states, according to the NCSL, ask for photo ID, but make allowances for voters who say they have none.

In Hawaii, for example, voters who say they do not have photo ID will be "asked to recite his/her date of birth and residence address to corroborate the information provided in the poll book," the NCSL said.

A post at Pundit Press says that Obama received over 99 percent of the vote in areas of Philadelphia where GOP poll watchers were forcibly removed.

"Ward 4, which also had a poll watcher dressed in Obama attire, went massively for Obama. Mr. Obama received 99.5% of the vote, defeating Mr. Romney 9,955 to 55," the blog said.

The post notes that "Obama also won 99.8% of the vote in 44 Cleveland districts," while winning a county that had 108 percent voter registration.

hope this gets legs because since the election I have talked to many people face to face or by e-mail or by phone and 75% of them have said withut me asking that they cannot believe he won this state.
They are telling me that all their family went to vote and most fo their friends and all going for Romney, they have said that people who voted for obama now voted for Romney.
Crowds were muc bigger here than obama’s an =d yet he wins Tampa with less than 5000 showing up

I’M JUST SICK OF THE GOP NOT FIGHTING AND LETTING MY VOTE, AND THOSE OTHER VOTES ESECIALLY MILITARY BE CANCELLED OUT ORNOT COUNTED.

There are a couple in FL who have said their son never got to vote too.
Since when did the military vote go even with 50/50 but it did in VA

This has to stop and thosre votes not just counted but checked on the registration rolls
ALL of this corruption happened in Dem counties in OH, NM CO,FL, PA, VA

Allen West has shown balls but gets no support from the GOP

wHERE IS THE MEDIA conference called?

I’ve been reeling, also. Just remembering how Romney’s audiences were packed full and some unable to get in vs. Barry having to see a smaller place so as not to show how empty it was - to being the worst president, the economy under him keeps getting worse, to ‘stand down’, to his smack down by Romney during the debates to some blacks came out verbally against obama even though voting for him in ‘08.

Nothing adds up to his win over Romney.

I never believed the hypes or the threads with ‘reasons Romney lost...’. All propaganda to divert from the reader thinking he did not lose but fraud won!

agreed I have seen a couple of freepers who said lets move on we did nto get the vote out etc.

Course they might be trolls or just cowards but either way many of us look at the facts and want this election to be fair and the GOP to actually fight instead of going with the media;s talking points.

I don;t even want a recount I want those names checked off the registration rolls to see were they legal to vote in thise areas and I guarantee that my state FL has had hundreds of thousands who should not have voted,
illegals northern snow birds, those voting more than once, republican observers kicked out
Allen West has seen republican votes were not counted and then the St Lucie woman who is in charge of elections has not explained how the votes were counted, put a barrier up to not let republican observers see what was happening.

But here is another. They gave out ballots ot people outside and told them to fill them ion and drop them off or mail them without checking ID and then they opened the voting stations in Dem areas for two extra days when they were not supposed to and then informed Dems they can vote and yet no republicans knew about this till after the election.

We have a whole list of corruption and questions and thus far the media is changing the issues to other news and the GOP and Romney are on about reaching it.

They need to throw out the entire election results of the counties with obvious fraud and redo the election completely in those areas. It’s the only way to be sure.

You are so right! But the GOP elites hate confrontation. I will be shocked if any serious corrective moves are initiated.

this weekend I met two flagler college kids and was nice ot them, let them tink I was one of them etcThey admitted they were from OH , got to school here but voted back in OH and here in FL.

They were laughing and said it was easy and that beause they come from a swing state and go to school in a swing state then they helped to get this election to obama.

I got their first names but they would not give me their second names as they started to be more concerened on who I was

If any one on here states we shoudl move on it is because the;re trolls or they are cowards.

I want a free and fair election who ever wins and if obama had won fairly ten I despair but carry on but knowing there has been so many results and incidents which are illegal then I want not just a re count but a check off the voters and the voting rolls and lets see how many registered or voted in places they should not have.

the Chicago machine has 4 years of prepping and now we know why Holder stayed amongst all the crap he got.

They say politics is local and the obama corrupt machine looked at counties and knew where they had power and where they could do their massive fraud , not count republican votes etc and right here the 3 Dem counties ever since 2000 always report after the panhandle reports in even though the panhandle is open for another hour.

“Here in Colorado, 17 Counties had from 104% to 140% of their entire populations (men, women, and children) casting Ballots in the 2012 Presidential Election (!). Excuses by County Clerks have been: “Well, we have a lot of hunters who come to our county to hunt, so they just voted here.” (Uh. . . .as a former Election Deputy, need I remind you that there are “residency restrictions” when it comes to voting in Colorado???”

This infuriates me; I lived in Denver for ten years, I have never missed an election since voting for Ronald Reagan a month after I turned 18.

This election, I spent $30 to overnight my absentee ballot for Romney and Ryan—I sent it a few days before, but wanted to make sure it was counted. Apparently it doesn’t even matter.

I know Denver is liberal when it comes to congressional seats, etc., but I wanted to get Obama out and vote against legalized marijuana.

Oh well. There are still some people who care, and I will never miss an election. I hope someday to be back in that beautiful state, take the kids to the state they were born in to see the elks bugling :) and vote in person.

Julie

I've not heard/read about the New Hampshire vote/headlight protest. Do you have a link to anything?

This would be great to have happen nationwide.

over time we’ll be seeing more and more telling us to move on, hell I;ve even seen a freeper said there is fraud but so what we move on.

We cannot allow this at all and we cannot let the GOP just accept these results or worse the voter fraud/

Nothing adds up, in many states, observers trown out and nothing from talk radio
That is a fact, and they do it because they do not want to piss off their sponsors just like FOX and other sites or the elitist types like national review.

The left have the schools, their laywers, judges and the media

Thanks for that! When I saw the election results come in from NH I knew something was up. Just the night before, Romney was there to an overflowing audience that many where turned away. There is a thread on it here and I believe some freepers where at that election eve NH rally. It does not add up to what we saw vs what the polls claim.

St Lucie is having a recount. Here’s Allen’s note from last night. Perhaps you saw it.

Direct from Allen West’s campaign

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
November 10, 2012
Contact: Michele Hickford
(772) 600-7123
or Michele @AllenWestforCongress.com

Race for Florida’s 18th Congressional District Remains Undecided Stuart, FL – Today West for Congress released the following statement regarding the state of the race in Florida’s 18th Congressional District:

“With all provisional and absentee votes counted in the 18th District, Congressman West currently trails by roughly 2,400 votes, a margin outside of the threshold for an automatic recount. The race remains undecided because there are issues that still need to be resolved in St. Lucie County. Late on Election Night, Congressman West led by 1,700 votes.

Following the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections’ decision to recount thousands of early ballots after a technical glitch, the margin shifted by 4,000. In order to ensure that votes were not doubled counted, we have requested that the St. Lucie Supervisor of Elections make public the poll check-in books to ensure the numbers of ballots cast matches the numbers of voters checked-in at the polls. Once that information is provided we believe the outcome of the election will be clear. It is troubling that days later that information is still not available. Our sole focus is ensuring all ballots were counted fairly and accurately.”

And then this.........

PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING
AN EMERGENCY MEETING FOR THE CANVASSING BOARD HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY NOVEMBER 11, 2012 AT 7:00 AM AT THE SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS OFFICE, 4132 OKEECHOBEE ROAD

THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING IS TO RECOUNT ALL BALLOTS CAST DURING EARLY VOTING

EXACTLY!! It's back in the people's hand - the rests are taking no risks. That's one reason I don't watch TV except for weather. I will not give them a moment of my time to fill my head w/their propaganda and that includes omission of news.

You are not wrong.
Everything you posted is completely correct.

I was ABO. I didn’t like Romney, but decided to choose the lesser of two evils. I guess I am part of that problem then.
But of course until we fix our election process.. I can’t see a way out.
Honestly, if we had picked up a true red blooded conservative who believed in our Constitution, the liberals, the MSM, and the GOP in power would have crucified him.
Plus would have stolen the election anyway.

I am at my wits end here. Shrugging our shoulders and marching on is not the answer. (we have been doing that for years).
Picking a better candidate out of a line-up of pre-selected cino’s is not the answer. (been there, done that)

I appreciate your posts Bikkuri. If nothing else, I am not alone.
