Is national gun registry and confiscation on the horizon? (Video)

Today Vice President Joe Biden is submitting his report to President Barack Obama on gun control and one thing is becoming clear - up to 50-80% of all guns in circulation will be affected by his suggestions. As we reported earlier regarding Dianne Feinstein's proposal, it will affect 50% of all long guns and 80% of all handguns.

However well meaning any particular FFL is, one must recognize that they hold the same position as the purveyor of tax stamps prior to the Revolution.

If it was wrong to require the stamps, then it was wrong to be distributing them.

Similarly, if it is wrong to constrain the trade in arms through troublesome requirements and dangerous record-keeping, then it is wrong to be the agent of such requirements.

I would expect to see FFLs having plenty of boating accidents.

They are not- they talk a big game, but when the kick of happens, they run the other way- at least that’s what has happened in coutny after county all across this country for decades now

Too true for comfort. Was perusing Poor Richard's Almanac earlier and found a gem from Ben, "Well done is better than well said"

It would be a heck of a thing to organize such mass disobedience, but if the gov’t is going to abandon all the rules...

Was being totally sarcastic when I said it was “easy.” I know it won’t be easy. It will be horrific and heartbreaking.
