OUTRAGEOUS: Police In Boston Trample On Constitution
ConstitutionSchool.com ^ | April 24, 2013

The terrorist attack in Boston and ensuing events in Watertown had everyone on edge, but shocking new home video from Massachusetts show law enforcement officers trampling over the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution – which guarantees “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures… and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

A video recently uploaded to YouTube by residents whose home was searched reveal that earlier accounts of ‘voluntary searches’ were nothing more than an outright lie.

Ok, I’ll play. Care to explain in more detail what you REALLY want to know?

Back to #44:

That's not where your claim ended.

“How about the TSA? The TSA has been violating the 4th Amendment since their inception and NO ONE has complained about it, we just meekly subject ourselves to whatever crap they make up so that we won’t miss our flight!”

Care to back up your claim?

What 4th Amendment complaints against the TSA have you seen?

People complain about specific actions the TSA have taken over the years, but NO ONE has complained that the TSA has violated their 4th Amendment rights by conducting their illegal searches and seizures.

This is, again, another unsubstantiated claim.

You do not back up your first claim by making a second claim.

Care to try again?

Very good breakdown, Petruchio. Your concerns are valid, keep your paperwork handy and hope it never goes there.

You clearly have something in your craw. You can make false claims of “unsubstantiated” claims all day long but, Mr. TSA Agent, it doesn’t make you right.

The news media has printed or covered a number of these “unsubstantiated” claims of actions performed by TSA agents. So, YOU back up YOUR claim that my allegations are unsubstantiated.

I’ll wait.

In other words, you can't back up either of your unsubstantiated claims.

I remind you of your original claim:

“How about the TSA? The TSA has been violating the 4th Amendment since their inception and NO ONE has complained about it, we just meekly subject ourselves to whatever crap they make up so that we won’t miss our flight!”

Which means that you can’t back up any of your challenges to my claims.

I gave you a lot of facts, you gave me a lot of wasted space and time, TSA Agent.

No, you provided two claims. Facts can be backed up with substantiation. You did not substantiate. You provided a second claim in response to the first.

How are you coming on substantiating your first claim? Let's go back and re-jog your memory.

"“How about the TSA? The TSA has been violating the 4th Amendment since their inception and NO ONE has complained about it, we just meekly subject ourselves to whatever crap they make up so that we won’t miss our flight!” "

True; of course, it would seem he/she cares less about intellectual honesty than you do; at any rate, he/she/it appears to be determined to avoid discussing the recent assaults on liberty in Boston.

Either support your contentions, TSA man, or go away. All you have done is respond with the same crapola and I have given you replies to your challenges.

Too bad if you don’t like them, but that doesn’t make them “unsubstantiated”. It only proves that you don’t pay much attention to the news.

So, come up with a valid reply, or go away. We’re done.

I’m sorry you were unable to back up your claims with evidence.

Perhaps tomorrow you’ll be able to back up your first claim. We’ll see.

And I’m sorry that you and your TSA cohorts feel free to treat the flying public in any manner you see fit.

I backed up my claims. You haven’t supported your opposition with anything but blather. If you got something, give it up, If not, give it up!
