Alabama Democratic Party Submits Different Obama Birth Certificate In Ballot Challenge Appeal
McInnish-Goode-v-Chapman-Appeal-ADP-Amicus Brief ^

Posted on 04/25/2013 11:21:53 AM PDT by Cold Case Posse Supporter

In a unusual rare move, the Alabama Democratic Party has submitted a amicus brief in the McInnish Goode v Chapman Appeal case. The reason being is most likely because the Alabama Supreme Court has Chief Justice Roy Moore presiding over it. He supported Lt. Col. Terry Lakin during his court martial. Another worry for them is another justice named Tom Parker. He once opined in a prior McInnish case:

"McInnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the “short form” and the “long form” birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public."

This has reasons for the Alabama Democratic Party to be alarmed. In the amicus brief, the Alabama Democratic Party attacked the merits of the appeal, calling the evidence submitted by McInnish “inadmissible and not worthy of belief” and stated:

"A county sheriff from Arizona is not an “official source” of anything in Alabama."

One thing that stands out in the amicus brief filed, specifically on page 33 is something new. It's a Barack Obama long form birth certificate that has a different backing, something not seen before. It's not the normal security paper backing that the Hawaii Dept. Of Health has been using. It is raising a lot of questions that even has Obama supporters baffled. Click on the link and scroll to page 33 of the brief to see the birth certificate.

The only issues under consideration in this appeal are did the Alabama Secretary of State, Beth Chapman have a statutory duty to check the credentials of presidential candidates and if she did, what is the remedy after the presidential election has already taken place and the electoral votes have been counted and certified in a state won by Governor Romney.
The Secretary of State says she had no such duty under Alabama law and the Democrats’ Amicus Brief supports her position.
The exhibits attached to the Amicus Brief: three Hawaii Press Releases from two Hawaii Directors of Health, the birth certificate exhibit and two Letters of Verification from the Hawaii state Registrar prepared for the Arizona Secretary of State and a federal judge in Mississippi, are basically extraneous to the statutory interpretation issue that is before the Court.
Barack Obama is not a party to this appeal.

I think it was around 3 hours later, IIRC. By then the damage was already done; I think a lot of people woke up in those few hours. Not enough, but even some Obama voters who know something about computer files.

I just this minute downloaded the White House pdf and opened it in Adobe Illustrator and it still breaks up into the 9 layers.

Ha ha. First of all, Hillary only lost because of a major tactical error by her team. She won on the states that had primaries, but didn't pay enough attention to caucuses, and Obama beat her there. If her team had realized this, she would have crushed Obama. It was a major unforced error.

The Clintons were incredibly popular with black voters, and many were choosing Hillary over Obama.

This whole theory that, "Hillary was forced to do this," or threatened or whatever is nonsense. The Clintons were more powerful than anybody. Nobody was threatening them to get out. Hillary's team screwed up and that's all there is to it.

A liitle know inside baseball nugget of information about the Iowa caucuses. If Hillary won Iowa and then steamrolls through New Hampshire, it was over. I have it from people inside the Richardson campaign that they made a deal with team Obama. In Iowa, Democrat rules were that if at the local caucus level your candidate didn't get 15% of the vote, you had to revote. The Richardson and Obama camps made a deal that if one side or the other didn't get 15%, they would vote for the other guy. Richardson was a meaningful candidate at the beginning, and he had votes in Iowa. But not as many as Obama. But the places where Richardson votes were recast for Obama was the differnece in Iowa. This little side deal put gave O the Iowa Caucuses, and without this win, Hiterly probably was a lock on getting the nomination. This lead to Richardson backing Barry at the rat convention (despite Bill's intense lobbying, and anger, remember Richardson was in Slick's administration, and was Monica's boss at the UN) and getting the Commerce Secretary nod at the beginning of O's term, before he had to withdraw for the dirt that was coming out of New Mexico at the time on him.....

“This little side deal put gave O the Iowa Caucuses, and without this win”

Reminds me of the ending to the movie “The Best Man” (1964).

Iowa caucuses are precinct-by-precinct. Only in a very few places would those from outside the precinct not stick out like a Klansman at a NAACP convention.

In Republican caucuses, it’s unusual for there to be more than a few faces that aren’t recognized, even in large suburban precincts.

hehe

DuJan gives no examples of “tricks and games”. And Romney had such contempt for little people that he didn’t bother with a precinct-by-precinct organization in 2012 Iowa caucuses, as evidenced by the fact that Paultards took over much of the GOP structure.

Sure, Dems cheat. But with caucuses people are seen face-to-face. Only in a few big cities can outsiders go unnoticed or unresisted. Obama had plenty of support among Dems in rural counties where no unfamiliar faces were present.

Would there be any disunity of opinion on these matters among, say, the top ten authorities on the post office?

The world's greatest expert on postal markings is probably in the private sector and works for a philatelic brokerage that's owned by the heirs to Joe Bonano.

Anything else you want to know? As with anything philatelic, whether stamps, or prepaid envelopes, markings, cancellations of all kinds, and date stamps of all kinds and conditions ARE collectables ~ and there's a market ~ and there are big bucks behind all of them ~ and the mob. They've been investing in stamps, et al, for well more than a century primarily because they are portable and there are many of them worth many times their weight in gold.

Actually, criminal elements have been investing in stamps since block printing was invented in China/Korea many centuries ago. There's even a market in Chinese buttons ~ which were coins with holes in them before being sewn into clothing.

One thing I'm sure of is that the mob has had its guys on top of this issue and they have a much better take on whether or not Obama's birth certificate are authentic. They, themselves, get into the documents business from time to time to bring in mechanics. Or, to travel somewhere else themselves.

I have names ~ folks who had a parent or an uncle, or whatever, doing history work for the mob, and if you want to talk to them, they might talk to you ~ but it'll take money.

My expertise is sufficient to tell me that old funky stuff was in use in Hawaii when I first joined USPS and it continued to be in use when I retired 40 years later, so broken junk being used as a round dater on a different agency's paper really isn't a surprise.

All a round dater of any kind tells you is that on that date, assuming it was correct, the piece of paper was inside a post office. Stressing that meaning any further is not only risky, no one will support you. As bad as it is it looks 'postal' ~ so, absent any other evidence, I'd say someone grabbed the dater out of a box on that date and stamped that piece of paper. If we could find that particular dater we could probably sell it as a desirable philatelic related collectable for the big bucks ~ this is the dater that stamped Obama's draft notice ~ there are dozens of exceedingly wealthy Democrats who would pay for it.

The Cold Case Posse has confirmed Obama’s Selective Service Registration is fraudulent. There are no doubts.

I watched the video and it seems to come down to three things:

1) missing 19
2) 80 upside down
3) 80 way to the right.

But number three is really not true. Look at these SSR cards:

http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-q0hVzi4eho4/TfPcqOI23ZI/AAAAAAAADA8/DnzIvIcwtVw/s1600/%25211_SS+%25282%2529-vertA2.jpg

They include the two stamps for people who registered at the same PO as Obama mentioned in the video.

Look at the one in the second column, third one down - it has a KAPAA, HI PO stamp. The 1980 is far to the right almost touching the inner ring. There must be far more play in the slots that hold the date slug. This particular KAPAA stamped SSR card was part of the cold case posse’s exhibits. You can see it in the video at 0:20. That collection of 4 ssr cards are listed as Exhibit B in the Cold Case Posse’s presentation.

http://mobile.wnd.com/2012/05/sheriff-joe-demands-obama-draft-registration/

I’m not convinced the 80 is an upside down 08. It’s a subjective call. I would like to see them overlay various 80s on the Obama 80 to see if in fact there is a difference.

So what may be left - just the missing “19”?

Have you seen this:

http://freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3014484/posts

So Klayman submitted a copy of the LFBC pdf from whitehouse.gov., The Democratic Party of Alabama submitted a copy of the LFBC (no diamond pattern) and then there is the diamond pattern LFBC on Jack Ryan’s scribd.com account.

Is the diamond pattern just a watermark like “Friends of the Fogbow.com”?
