The medical reports for George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin are enough to create reasonable doubt

The medical reports for George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin are enough to create reasonable doubt

Because Geroge Zimmerman is the one on trial, the law gives him the presumption of innocence. It is up to the prosecutor to convince the jury beyond a reasonable doubt that Zimmerman is guilty.

Because Trayvon Martin is not on trial, he does not have the benefit of the presumtion of innocence.

In May 2012, ABC news reported:

A medical report compiled by the family physician of Trayvon Martin shooter George Zimmerman and obtained exclusively by ABC News found that Zimmerman was diagnosed with a “closed fracture” of his nose, a pair of black eyes, two lacerations to the back of his head and a minor back injury the day after he fatally shot Martin during an alleged altercation.

The record shows that Zimmerman also suffered bruising in the upper lip and cheek and lower back pain. The two lacerations on the back of his head, one of them nearly an inch long, the other about a quarter-inch long, were first revealed in photos obtained exclusively by ABC News last month.

That same month, WFTV reported:

WFTV has confirmed that autopsy results show 17-year-old Trayvon Martin had injuries to his knuckles when he died.

WFTV has learned that the medical examiner found two injuries on Martin’s body: The fatal gunshot wound and broken skin on his knuckles.

This is sufficient to create reasonable doubt.

That’s not enough to prove that Martin was the aggressor. But it is enough to create reasonable doubt that Zimmerman was the aggressor. And it’s Zimmerman who is on trial here, not Martin.

Unfortunately, it seems that a lot of people have taken sides based on things other than the actual evidence. On both sides, there seem to be people who have based their decision on race, instead of on the actual evidence. And that’s a real shame. The law is supposed to be about evidence, not race.

A clear cut case of self-defense that should never have been brought to trial.

St. Trayvon was in the process of making plenty of bad life decisions before he decided to pick on that White Hispanic, (Jewish?) Zimmerman Redneck.

By the way, why is it bad to call a football team RedSkins while it's fine to call good 'ole boyz "rednecks"?)

Those photos have been available for a very long time.

I wonder how far back it was that they were posted on FR-—I’m not much of a searcher.........

The prosecutors should be in prison for this travesty. They are no better than Mike Nifong. If George Z. was more noticeably black, there would never be a trial. This story satisfies the Marxist agenda, and Zimmerman happens to be an unfortunate omelet on the way to creating a Communist paradise. Bob

Oh, they're working on ways to find some railroad track to send Zimmerman down.

It was about race, from day one. It only got worse from there on out.

I can’t even imagine what the switching station looks like for that train yard.

Yep. But that’s before you add the pressure on jurors to convict him
so the black community wont riot. And tht’s exactly what they are going
to do.

The jurors have already formed their opinion. There is unbelievable pressure on them to bring back a guilty verdict. I will be surprised to see anything else. This is a reverse OJ case.

It’s likely as complex and convoluted as the FL State railroad job being perpetrated on Zimmerman.

IbJensen ~:” A clear cut case of self-defense that should never have been brought to trial. “

True enough !
That’s why the police let him go in the first place and didn’t charge him with any crime .
Then it got politicized by the media in what was then a ‘slow day’ , especially ABC who dotored evidence.
And then the rest of the ‘fifth column’ ran with the half-assed story of racial bias , ignoreing the false issue.
And then the president got involved an politicized the issue and then it got really ugly.
And then the Gov. of Floirida got involved , further politisizing the issue .
And then the parents trade-marked the alledged victim and began to make money off the dead corpse of the ‘perp’.
Now we got Al sharpton (Tawanda Brawley) and Rev Jessie involved ~ so they could collect money
They made an issue out of a non-issue !
And I hope Zimmerman ownes ABC when this is all done !

It was never originally about race. It was about finding a story that could distract the populace from Benghazi and Fast and Furious.

All this was reported directly to your blog, right?

I wonder how far back it was that they were posted on FR-—

over a year.

The state and the media and the attorney general and the black churches and black community have had those for over a year -- but their urge to lynch an innocent man runs deeper.

Basically every aspect of Zimmerman’s account matches up with the physical evidence.

Martin had the misfortune to go roaming around a neighborhood where a diligent neighborhood watch captain spotted him.

Instead of simply going on home, Martin chose double back and confront Zimmerman. Who knows what was said? I’m sure Zimmerman will tell a story.

But the physical evidence from this point forward matches Zimmerman’s account exactly.

If you are laying on the ground getting your face pounded with a guy sitting on top of you, I don’t see how you can be convicted of murder. You were defending yourself.

Had the prosecution charged Zimmerman with excessive force resulting in Manslaughter (or whatever the nearing charge to that would be) a rational jury might readily convict him.

Murder? There is no way in the world that Zimmerman should get convicted of that.

“Should”

After a year of race baiting, who knows what will happen.

They’ve easily accomplished that with the AP wiretaps, NSA spying, IRS targeting stories, 0scumbag vacations etc, which’ll go nowhere but down another rabbit hole. Same as Benghazi and F&F have done. America is easily distracted by “shiny things”, and has a short memory.
