McDonnald's Owner: Minimum wage protesters were bussed-in by union bigwigs
8/30/13

Posted on 08/30/2013 2:11:10 PM PDT by pabianice

Yesterday I had lunch with a bunch of Navy buddies. One of them owns several McDonalds around the Boston area. I asked him about the Marxist demands for a $15/hr minimum wage for unskilled workres and asked how many of his workers joined the picket lines. Answer: none. He watched as buses hired by the unions pulled-up and paid strikers got off, holding professionally-made "protest" signs. They made a mess of the sidewalks and harrassed diners, then got back on their buses and drove away. The scumbag press only filmed the choreographed "demonstration" and had no interest in the dishonesty involved.

Well, what DO you know? Union thugs behind it? They want to unionize the burger-flippers?

Yikes. How could the crack reporters covering yesterday's protests possibly miss this?

Of course, who didn’t think otherwise?

“McDonalds” has only one “n” and “bused” has only one “s”.

Unless, of course, they all received kisses on the way in, then it would be 'bussed'.

Many years ago I belonged to the Carpenters Union.
For some reason, they were not as militant as most of the other trades.

I DO remember the day after Reagan was elected we were all called into a room to be told this was the darkest day ever.

I began to realize radical union members are some of the dumbest people on the planet.
Two years later, I left the union and went back to college.

and “bused” has only one “s”.

Unless you're talking about schools, in which case the term is "forcedbussin'."

And, yes, it is all one word.

its really very simple. a spontaneous worker protest would start on a local basis. this protest started on a nationwide, coordinated basis
with it seems some of the usual suspects very close behind the curtain

at any event, the higher they boost McD’s prices, the more healtier food we will eat elsewhere

pay $15 an hour, the burgers go up from $3 to $6, and the economy incentive to choke lunch down there....is gone.

nice and simple.

Why not $30/hour?

How about no jobs for them at all?

Here in Indiana, the local news even showed the astroturfing “strikers” getting off a bus in the pre-dawn hours. I wondered if they had been at the Obama speech in DC the day before?

How bout fire all the bums and get some kids who will be happy to make minimum wage. Do these burger flippers think they are brain surgeons? Just a bunch of shit with no education or skills who think the world owes them a living. Let them continue their ignorant ways—but I guess then we will all have to support them on welfare, food stamps, medical services, etc. What an f’g country!!!

Even in our commie compound here in MD, not much was happening.

We went to eat lunch at my nephew’s McDs, which he is managing.. Not 1 sign of protesting or even disgruntlement. And he never even mentioned this hoopla on his break with us.

I looked to me like they chose locations near urban tv station offices to make it easy to get coverage.

Hmmm. Were the hired strikers paid more than the workers?

You are probably right. We’re close enough, but probably not as easy as the downtrodden non-whites in the city itself.

“”forcedbussin’.””

Reminds me of cowboys who come into a convenience store here in Montana for some chew: ‘canigetacanofcopenhagen?’

“And, yes, it is all one word.”
